Third time we have stayed here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was good value for money and the area is excellent to explore Paris with Gaite metro right beside the hotel. The breakfast is good value for money. Loads of good restaurants in the area

Location right at metro station and just opposite railway station.

Hotel has recieption maintenance works at that time, so dust and noise everywhere. Probably due to this fact breakfast was served directly in the room (quite romantik, but limited in choice). Also, elevator was working starting from 1st level only. All passages (corridors) and staircases are very tide (non comform)

Staff was friendly, excellent English speaker. Location was near the train station, close to Avis rental cars, Eiffel tower and Metro.

Reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere. Good location. Room isolation 's not bad. And a fridge in a room is quite convenient for drinks and snacks.

Lift is too small, I had to be waiting my turns. They didn't seem to me to do the vacuuming rooms everyday.

The Reception staff (especially Carmen), made our stay in Paris so much easier. She was so extremely helpful and lovely to us. She spent as much time with us as we needed and helped us to find our way around Paris. Carmen had great knowledge of the city and its attractions and the metro. Carmen made several phone calls on our behalf to enquire about things like show bookings and shuttle buses. She went above and beyond for us. She was the best thing about the hotel unfortunately.

The internet was extremely slow and kept cutting in and out. We had to sign up to get a wifi account before we could use the internet. I have never experienced using wifi in this way. We provided some feedback to the staff on how that could be improved (I.E. the hotel getting a wireless router and providing guests with password to access). The hotel had 1 in room dining service offered however when we called to get this they suggested that we do not go for this option as it was very expensive. The room and lift was incredibly small. Understandably in Paris everything was small however we could not even fit both people and luggage in the one lift. We could not even get a bucket of ice to have with our drinks, nor could we make our own as the fridge had no freezer.

The personnell are very nice and serviceminded. The rooms are nice and clean but some are _very_ small. 8 euro for continental breakfast is sort of ridiculous, but plenty of nice cafes around (especially down at Rue Odessa). Close to metro-stations, Gaite just outside the hotel. Perfect place for business or shopping. Simple but friendly, good value for money if you want to stay in the 14e arrondissemant. This was my second stay and I would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast overpriced, you would expect continental breakfast to be included in price at a hotel of this standard.

The atitude of the staff is very good and heartfull.

Very close to the station, English speaking staff - very polite and friendly, tidy comfortable rooms.

No shower curtain, tricky wi-fi.

Pleasant staff, good cleanliness, excellent location (near pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Gaite metro station).

The hotel is small due to the narrowness of its building. However, if the traveler intends to spend most of the day walking around the city, such narrowness would be no problem.
