Located at a walking distance from Eiffel Tower, easy access to metro, interior design beautiful. Clean bathroom and friendly receptionists. Problem with Bang & Olufsen tv, which hasn't been repaired for the last 3 days of our stay. Rooms not dusted.

Staff were excellent, small boutique hotel, short walk from Eiffel tower, you could see the very top of the tower from our room we were on 6th floor. Beautifully decorated & very clean. High quality furniture, bedding etc, short walk in either direction to cafes & bars, but off main road so hardly any traffic noise. Room was very very small for 4 people - we were 2 adults with daughters aged 18 & 13 - double bed & 2 chairs that converted into beds- these were very good quality but left hardly any floor space would be more than adequate for 2 people but we struggled if you opened wardrobe doors & had convertible beds down you couldn't walk passed - was plenty of wardrobe space

Close to Eiffel Tower, convenient to go to famous places. Room is clean & with modern style. No separate room service, have to contact reception every time. Classic room is a little bit small.

Excellent boutique hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms are very nice - albeit a bit small if you're not used to Paris standards - and well decorated.

the hotel was small enough that the staff got to know you and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Very cute and well decorated, contemporary and comfortable place to come home to and very well located- close to metro, attractions, and restaurants. Great little hotel! Beds were comfortable and on a quiet street, but still close to many things. very little closet space!

Great reception staff - lovely building, Very good to have Hermes products in the bathrooms. Beutifully designed room, though on the small side for a junior suite, with a double bed and two single sofa beds filling most of the floor space. However, having seen the price of other hotels in the area, it is no more expensive! Breakfast room was scarily bright and shiny, so we opted for breakfast out, which was very enjoyable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Safe and quiet neighborhood. A bit off the beaten path but still a great location. Would stay again any time! Room service and cocktail/wine service is not that available, but the staff helped as much as they could to accomodate.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful... Not just because they had to answer your queries but because they wanted to go above and beyond. The hotel was clean, beautifully presented and great location. The Eiffel Tower was literally a 10 minute walk away and plenty of cafes just around the corner also. Would definitely stay there again.

Julianne in reception met us and was of great aassistance in dealing with an incompetent taxi driver. She was of further assistance in confirming our transport to cdg early the next morning, something which we found impossible to achieve. The elevator was adequate and the room with aking-sized bed was spacious in Paris terms and the equally spacious bathroom was very modern and tastefully designed. The staff, facilities and location warrant a furthe reservation when next we visit Paris. An overnight stay does not lend itself to a complete examination but we found nothing to complain about in the duration of our stay. Perhaps a little expensive but we considered this a minor consideration.

Location The lift doors were very noisy and therefore affected the room ambiance. Lift being used during night woke us up. Rooms smaller than anticipated by promo photos

This hotel is in a beautiful location with local restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The location is perfect being an easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It is also convenient for the Metro and the Bat-o-Bus which we used to transport us around Paris. Its much more picturesque than the Metro and you can get on and off at all the major tourist attractions. The Hotel is very luxurious and stylish and the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would definately go back. The beds were a little on the hard side if you suffer with a bad back. The breakfast was expensive at 16 euros per person but you can just wander round the corner and get a coffee and croissant for about 6 euros.

We wanted to attend the Bastille Day fireworks at the Eiffel Tower so the hotel location was good. We needed a triple room but found that our daughter had to sleep on a fold-out chair and there was not enough room for our suit cases. The room was quite cramped. We did not find staff very friendly or helpful.

The location is great - very near the Eiffel Tower. Quality fittings and fixtures such as Versace bathroom tiles and Bang and Olufson tv. Great shower and lovely little balcony. Breakfast was very nice and reasonable price in a lovely breakfast room, a lovely boutique hotel. Because the room was small it only had a double bed - very comfortable but maybe a little small if you have a husband even taller than mine. All of the staff were lovely and I would have rated them as excellent however the lady in charge of the breakfast room was very sullen (verging on unpleasant). She castigated me for using the water button on the coffee machine to supplement my short black - hence we didn't use the breakfast room on day 3.. This somewhat detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay however I would stay still there again.

The hotel was very well located for the Eiffel Tower and als the Metro station. This made it very easy to get around Paris. There were also lots of shops and places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. Hotel was clean & tidy, staff were every helpful and the room was reasonably spacious. The lift did not work one day but I guess that was just bad luck. The staff were very apologetic about the problem. It was a Sunday and it was fixed the next day.

“We have stayed there many times, and will continue to choose Relais Christine. It is a stylish hotel with one of the prettiest entrances, very comfortable rooms, welcoming lounge with drinks to choose. Breakfast in the fascinating vaulted cellar has very good choice. Staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. This would stem from the attentive attitude of the Manager. I can think of nothing to say in answer to "What didn't you like about Relais Christine" ! It is a delight in every way. ” Janet, London |
