The hotel is very clean. The service was exceptional and accommodating from all fronts eg: reception, housekeeping. I would definitely go back there again. The hotel was more than I expected for the money.

Very well situated, not far from the main shopping and restaurant areas - close to the market. Parking was outside and not too expensive - (may be difficult in the really busy season).hotel staff excellent and spoke good english (which was useful as my French is not wonderful). We were very pleased with our stay. The sunset over the old port is superb. We only stopped 1 night on route to the south but I would certainly return.

Good location, clean room, nice staff

Everything was ok

Ok for our purpose which was somewhere to stay for one night before flying home from Biarritz airport. Adequate and good value for money in a quite expensive resort. Rooms reasonable but beginning to be in need of refurbishment. Toilet/shower room very small and cramped but functional. No air conditioning but excellent ceiling fan.

No lift.

The hotel is situated very nicely close to good surfing spots. Although the rooms are quite basic, the location makes up for it.

The walls are quite thin and the noise from outside can be heard very clearly. If one doesn't sleep well in commotion it can be quite frustrating and the shower and toilet tap kept dripping all through the night, but if this doesn't bother you this hotel is very nice for cheap sleep in very good surfing location ( >5mins walk to beach with board)

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy céntrico y cercano a la playa. Las habitaciones (al menos la que nos dieron) era amplia y tranquila. Las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio y confortable. El desayuno que ofrecen por 7 euros es muy completo: Café, zumo, macedonia de frutas, pan con mantequilla y aceite y un croissant grande y rico rico! Qué más se puede pedir... La gente de recepción muy atenta y se preocupan por entenderte. Hablan inglés y algo de español.

Que no tiene ascensor.

Helt ok. för det priset. Läget var utmärkt, nära till allt och det var ingen störande trafik på natten utanför på gatan . Man är inte så mycket på hotellrummet på dagtid då spelar det ingen roll att det var 2 stjärnigt.

Nous avons adorés l'hôtel! Tout se vesait à pied et vite, les restaurants, la mer, le shopping... Nous étions au dernier étage (attention pas d'assenceur pour les valises) et notre chambre était entièrement rénovée et très propre avec un grand lit confortable et des volets électriques, parfait pour bien se reposer après une dure journée de surf. La chambre est aussi muni d'une télévision. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, décevant d'après deux personnes et pour le prix, il y a plein de petits restos de crêpe qui on fait notre bonheur. Le personnel est gentil et je le conseil!

Ce que nous avons moins aimé, c'est qu'à chaque matin vers 9h, on entendait les femmes de chambres faire les ménages bruyamment et que vers 10h, il cognaient pour faire notre ménage, nous trouvions ça un peu stressant de se faire déranger à chaque matin et nous n'avions pas de petite affiche ( ne pas déranger a notre disposition) sinon, tout est parfait.

Accueil chaleureux

Difficulté pour se garer (mais c'est partout dans Biarritz la même chose), hôtel assez bruyant (tant intérieur qu'extérieur). Décoration vieillote.
