The hotel is very clean. The service was exceptional and accommodating from all fronts eg: reception, housekeeping. I would definitely go back there again. The hotel was more than I expected for the money.

We ordered a triple room what we got two connecting double rooms which gave us a lot of room No elevator so hauling your luggage could be challenging. Street parking is not always available near the hotel. When we arrived early afternoon we can park right in front of the hotel. When we came back at night after dinner we can only find parking about a mile away.

Very well situated, not far from the main shopping and restaurant areas - close to the market. Parking was outside and not too expensive - (may be difficult in the really busy season).hotel staff excellent and spoke good english (which was useful as my French is not wonderful). We were very pleased with our stay. The sunset over the old port is superb. We only stopped 1 night on route to the south but I would certainly return.

Argi Eder was excellent value for money, amazing location (slightly off the beaten track so not too noisy but also just minutes from everything - beach, shops etc). It was extremely clean, the staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite basic - not particularly cosy, but had everything we needed and was very clean. Had a big tv although all in french so we couldn't understand it. There was no free breakfast - but if that helps them keep the prices down then no compaints - there was a bakery around the corner anyway. If you are looking to meet people whilst travelling then prob not such a good place - not much communal area and people kept themselves to themselves.

Excellent location; close to beaches, bars and shops. Extremely rude staff, especially on morning of check-out; forced to leave room daily for room cleaning that was basic at best, only had towels changed once in four days.

Ok for our purpose which was somewhere to stay for one night before flying home from Biarritz airport. Adequate and good value for money in a quite expensive resort. Rooms reasonable but beginning to be in need of refurbishment. Toilet/shower room very small and cramped but functional. No air conditioning but excellent ceiling fan. No lift.

The hotel is situated very nicely close to good surfing spots. Although the rooms are quite basic, the location makes up for it. The walls are quite thin and the noise from outside can be heard very clearly. If one doesn't sleep well in commotion it can be quite frustrating and the shower and toilet tap kept dripping all through the night, but if this doesn't bother you this hotel is very nice for cheap sleep in very good surfing location ( >5mins walk to beach with board)

Proximité de la ville Ménage en cours lors de notre arrivée à 11h. Très mal insonnorisé Salle de bain minuscule (chambre 12) Lit bruyant (surtout lors des ébats..)

La situation de cet hôtel dans Biarritz est vraiment parfaite . L'impression générale de l'hôtel est bonne cependant il y a un réel problème d'insonorisation. Les ronflements des voisins d'un côté et de l'autre sont perçus. Il en va de même pour l'aspirateur du matin.

Estábamos en el centro de todas las zonas a visitar más importantes. El ambiente era muy familiar y muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones eran un poco justitas. Tanto el baño como la cama, aunque limpios, estaban un poco viejos. Además, en la foto se veían todas las habitaciones queda ban a la calle, y cuando llegamos nos esperaba una habitación con vistas al muro del patio trasero al que daba.
