Pretty much everything. The staff was wonderful. We visited at a less busy time, end of March, which made it quiet. Rooms are just right and have plenty of light. Hair dryer in the bathroom. The location is away from the beach, but a quick ten minute walk from the hotel, which makes it a perfect place to be able to get away from any crowds. Shops just around the corner, and the market and boulangerie around another. Close to bus lines is also a plus.

There was no coffee maker/ electric water pot in the room. Sometimes you just want something hot to drink before bed. But this would not change my mind about staying here again. We loved this place!

In the evenings the road outside can be quite noisy.

The staff at this hotel were extremely nice, the place was spotless and location ideal - 5 minutes walk to beach - great value for money and nice big clean quiet room and very comfortable. Great value for money I will be staying there again if I ever return to Biarritz

Location is good even it is a bit up a hill. It has an odd side door entry system after 7 pm but it works fine. Breakfast was actually very good and the proprietors, a couple seemingly, were pleasant and spoke English.

Room had a chemical smell upon entry as though it had just been deep cleaned but was otherwise OK. Shower was OK but seemed a stand alone cabinet affair which was not originally integrated into the bathroom.

Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and they had a great breakfast for a little extra. Work it.

Steep stairs if you have heavy packs.

I asked for a quiet room. I was allocated a room on the first floor overlooking the street i.e. noisy. Only net curtains were placed on the singled glazed room window so I tied to sleep under the glare of street lights and passing vehicles

The location was good as it was only a short walk to the centre of town and the coast but the return journey did involve negotiating a steep hill. Parking was available opposite the hotel and this is free outside of the high season.

The owners disappear at 19.00hrs and give guests an entry code. However, on the day I was there they left even earlier and I had not taken the code with me. Fortunately my husband realised that they had gone and let me in but it could have caused a problem. There is no choice at breakfast apart from the selection of beverage.Bread and a croissant are served up along with a portion of honey and jam and no refills are offered.

It was close to beach, restaurants,shops. Very pleasant staff and beautiful room They had saved us a room on 1st floor but were happy for us to change and gave us the option.

Qu'il n'y ait personne à partir de 19H Que les chambres soient petites et dénuées de tout ornement Pas de parking, et dans la rue c'est payant. Le standing de l'hôtel ne justifie pas le prix.

one of the best choices because of the location - 3 beaches quite near; the city centre; carrefour in 3 minutes; plenty of good restaurants...

The poor service (no fridge in the room; no good soap and shampoo); you can hear pretty everything that happens in the next rooms and on the floor...and if only you are not away in the clubs for the whole night it's pretty annoying...

Tutto perfetto. Anche le comunicazioni dei giorni precedenti con lo staff. Camera pulita. Zona centrale. All was perfect also the communication with the staff before my arrival. The room was clean. Central area.

Attenzione dopo il 15 Giugno il parcheggio (sulla strada) si paga. After the 15th July the parking on the road isn't free.

Very cute/clean hotel... Staff absolutely wonderful with great english! Extremely helpful! Would stay again!

It would have been nice to get a hot drink before retiring - it doesn't seem to be common to have tea/coffee making facilities in hotel rooms in the continent though - but it'd be nice to be able to get a hot drink

Situation geographique dans le centre ville de Biarritz et à deux pas de l'ocean. Accueil très chalereux. Propreté irréprochable, calme.Bon rapport qualité prix.

Pas de parking, ce qui doit être un peu génant l'été.Mais on trouve quand mêmme à se garere à proximité.

L'amabilité des gérants, la propreté ,tout est neuf,le confort cosy de la chambre, un grand lit pour une single, chambre un peu fraîche mais un édredon très agréable à rajouter,donc ,l'idéal,un prix vraiment mini pour tout ça !!!

Juste prévenir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais peut être est ce signalé .
