Helpful staff Location - close to station and also easy walk to esplanade and old town
Stylish hotel, very nice room, very friendly staff, excellent location 5 minutes to train station and bus stop to Nice airport and also to the old town, restaurants and the Promenade des Anglais facing the Mediterranean sea.
Nothing to complain about
Lovely decor. Owners very friendly and helpful. Location great.
Shower was only a hand shower in a bath.
The location was very good, near to the train station and near to the Anglais. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. A spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast gave many alternitives, not only a sweet choice.
The sound isolation to the next room was pretty bad. Noise from the bathroom, shower. Banging a door in the middle of the night woke us up.
We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who provided us with very helpful information about local sights and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Our room was lovely and had a nice view over the little treed square. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The place was very well presented and spotlessly clean.
The wifi was a bit patchy - it worked well first thing in the morning but slowed a lot once other guests started using it.
Felt nice and cozy and comfy! The owners were the sweetest ever! Made us feel at home.
landscaping efforts in courtyard
room décor, shower not able to hook at shower height, breakfast mediocre
Kind staff, near to everything
My mother and I enjoyed our 2 nights at Aria. It was close to the train station, old town and the sea. The room was delightful, with a balcony overlooking the park/street. The staff were always helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a fridge in our room to keep our water cold, as it was pretty warm during our stay in Sept. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food. The restaurant next door looked adorable, however.
The noisy neighbors who didn't use their inside voices. Although no fault of the hotel.
Location is quite near to the train station, Staffa are very nice and helpful
Wifi connection is a bit not easy and quick, logging process need steps to do
Help and great assistance from staff, very helpfull in getting tourist information.
Noise on streets ,
Overall, were made very welcome, and nothing was to much trouble too make us feel at home.
Close to train station Close to town elevator candy for kids toiletries friendly staff suite - separate are for kids in room
Very weak Wi-Fi
Convenient location, good break fast, friendly welcome
Strong smell of bleach on entering room, noisy poor quality air conditioning so slept badly
The decoration is elegant, and the linen is so comfy! The cleaner did a great job too!
The Wifi was not that good.
A lovely hotel, facing on to a beautiful garden. The beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent. Great location - 5 minutes to the train station; 5 minutes to the shops and a 15 minute walk to the beach.
Our room was not soundproofed and we could clearly hear noise from the family room next door. It did stop, but it was inconvenient; the breakfast was expensive (€11 each) for what it was - we went up the road to a cafe and had breakfast for half the price.
Room too small
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very helpful and welcoming staff; upmarket ambience; excellent room with good facilities; 5 mins walk from main railway station and airport bus drop-off but also close to the Old Town and the sea; superb breakfast.
Expensive breakfast is extra, but is probably worth it.
BEWARE OF ROOM 405 IT HAS GOT BED BUGS.
- Very staff team of staff, every one was really nice and helpful - Able to put up with our large group of 8 people with older children and elderly - Room slightly run down but kept in good condition - Good cleanliness - Quiet
- Wifi code troublesome to access and break up at times
Five minutes walk from main railway station, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel room was clean, albeit small, and hotel staff great. We were having hotel room towards street, but I slept surprisingly very well.
Double bed was something like bed for one and half people :) Toilet bowl is so close to the bath, that even lean people have troubles to position their bottom. Crazy. WiFi slow and unreliable.
Location (between the train staion and the beach), comfort, breakfast. the lift! and the general ambience of a boutique hotel rather than a large chain.
