The staff just excellent, very kind, friendly and helpful

The Astor is located just steps from the Bois de Boulogne in Paris' suburbs. It was close to the train and convenient to the park and a cute neighborhood. I walked everywhere I needed to go. My room was recently, as in within days of arrival, renovated to a very nice standard and was spotless. The entire hotel is currently being renovated so all of the rooms should be done in the near future.

The public areas are quite shabby but are scheduled to be refurbished following the completion of the guest rooms. The doors are quite heavy and do not close quietly making hallway noise prominent. The elevator is very small.

Very small double room & bathroom even smaller. No fixed shower in the bath. Very noisy. Ceiling & floors very creaky & when the flush in ajoining rooms was flushed it sounded like a waterfall coming into our room. Wouldn't go back

the surrounding

On the first day i was given a very small room - not sufficient for 2 persons. There is not much ventillation in the toilet. The lift is very narrow

The breakfast, the pretty ladies at the hotel front, the price, the location, the view from the window.

The smell of the cigarette (the room after being moved), the feable room key, the lack of extra electrical plug for my PC, the low situation of the shower, the squeaking room floor of the next room.

1 seule personne en service, de jour comme de nuit, mais très disponible, aimable et "helpfull", MERCI. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est correct bien qu'1 peu cher. Le tramway et le train sont tous proches, 1 hotel pratique mais pour 1 ou 2 nuits, pas plus.

la reception et le lobby laisse croire à 1 hotel recemment rénové et moderne mais les chambres ne sont pas dans le même esprit. Elles sont petites, vieilles et tristes et pas très fonctionnelles, l'équipement y est basic (TV, Sèche-cheveu et wifi gratuit ms pas de rideau de douche, de théière et de rangement suffisant, par ex)

le confort la propreté tache sur moquette, boiseries cassées manque de prisz courant meme pour rasoir electrique hotel non isolation phonique entre les chambres et circulations bien trop de bruit impression d'avoir les voisins dans meme piece chambre bien trop petite maxi 7m²
