The hotel is close to the railway station, thus making it convenient for us to go to other places near Rouen. The room was too small for two persons to stay comfortably. You could hardly make move when you had your shower in the bathroom. |

The hotel is great: one step from the station, so all kinds of transport at the door. The room price is very low. Breackfast is not so rich, but OK. So, the impression is great!!! And for this price: great, great, great!!!! WiFi is free, but only to check e-mail. |

The hotel was across the street from the train station. The rooms, while typically small, were very clean and had a breakfast (not included). The staff was very friendly, spoke english and pointed us in the right direction for things to see in town. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

L'accueil est chaleureux, aimable, le personnel est compréhensif ... C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement ; il y a un problème récurrent d'eau chaude ( ou plutôt d'eau froide ! ) ; le personnel a fait preuve de souplesse et aj'ai obtenu un geste commercial fort heureusement ... |

la situation de l'hôtel et l'isolation acoustique par rapport à la rue. Le petit déjeuner. Par contre concernant l'isolation acoustique interne de l'hôtel : pendant mon séjour, toute la nuit j'ai pu entendre les portes d'ascenseur, chasses d'eau des voisins. Les murs sont peu épais : j'entendais les occupants de la chambre voisine parler. La salle de bain était bonne à rafraîchir. |

J'ai apprécié l'acceuil ainsi que la vue sur la gare de rouen. La proximité du centre ville et les commerces proches de l'hotel, en particulier une petite epicerie en face de l'hotel qui ferme assez tard (environ 22h30) Je pense que l'hotel est bien pour une etape mais pas pour un sejour. A part l'acceuil et la salle de petit dejeuner, il n'y a pas de bar ni de restaurant.La chambre est assez petite (mais avec du rangement quand meme) et ne donne pas envie d'y rester (ce qui permet de visiter la ville) |

Il faudait changer la moquette et revoir des détails comme les jointures. Les clients aiment bien lorsque tout est impeccable. Personnellement je déteste la moquette car dans certains cas elle permet de dissimuler un manque de propreté. |

Rien et en c'est cher...... La salle de bain est minuscule et le wc, une catastrophe, il faut laisser la porte ouverte pour pouvoir etre assis.....Le petit dej est mesquin, le d'orange est servi dans un tout petit verre,,, Vive les chambres d'hotes. |

proximité de la gare, proche du Centre du vieux Rouen sur deux nuits j'ai du demander un changement de chambre la première étant vraiment mediocre : bruits montant directement du hall d'accueil , il pleuvait : bruit d'infiltration d'eau derrière les cloisons, pas de sèches cheveux, pas d'accroche de pomme de douche, pas de chauffage ds la salle de bain, enfin les projecteurs extérieurs juste insallé au bord de la fenetre de chambre diffusent de la... |
