Auteuil Tour Eiffel  

The location of the hotel is only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but with many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. In previous comments, customers said the staff was not friendly, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. The experienced hotel clerks were training a new clerk and they wanted her to speak to us in English (our primary language). There is an underground parking garage under the hotel which was very convenient for us. The rooms were normal sized and clean.

The breakfast was not complimentary and quite expensive (14 euro) so we opted out. It would have been awesome if the breakfast would have been included in the price.

The hotel staff is very friendly, polite, attentive and smiling! The location is ideal. The area is very quiet and calm. The hotel is close to the subway station and the rer. In addition, close to the hotel is very nice cafe with great food, courteous staff and reasonable prices, post office, taxi and bicycle rental. Perhaps the most beautiful thing is that coming out of otlya in moments of Morning Calm, I and my friend can enjoy a magnificent view over the Seine and the Eiffel Tower! This sets us in a positive way and we could not believe what we do in Paris!

I think that the only unpleasant thing was that one of the hotel staff showed us the wrong way to the town of Beauvais, where we would like to see the Cathedral of St. Peter. As a result, we lost a lot of time and, unfortunately, seen only from the cathedral windows of our train is on the way back to Paris. And yet, in the description of the hotel it was written that numbers can be seen from the window of the Eiffel Tower, but it was not so ...

Even if there was no review on this hotel, I would like to write a letter to say thanks to the helpful and friendly staffs in reception. Thank you very much for making calls to help me find passport. And as a traveller, every staff was a good guide, their patient is very helpful. I know one day I will visit Paris again, and I know Auteuil Tour Eiffel will be my first choice. Thank you again.

Nice and friendly personnel. Good services. Large room, clean bathroom, very quiet place on night time, big comfortable bed. Excellent location! Close to the river, metro station-Mirabeu 5min walk from hotel and rer station as well. Quiet and safe neighbourhood perfect fast acces to central Paris and all attractions. Close to local market -accros the street- and local restaurants. Good value for price.

No kettle...

The location was great, about a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Not many restaurant choices in the immediate area and most were closed New Years Day so we had a difficult time locating somewhere to eat. I was glad a small car, the garage would be very tough to navigate with a large vehicle.

It was situated in a very good area very close to Metro and rer, with restaurants and supermarket near by. Eiffel Tour at 20 minutes walking. The hotel had everything that we needed, it was clean, the aspect of the room was nice and worm, the bed was comfortable (I specially liked the blanket), there was a minibar and a flat screen tv with programs in all languages, in the bathroom we had all we needed, they had a storage room for luggage and a restaurant.

Breakfast I found a little expensive (14 euro per pers) so we didn't ate there but the supermarket was across the street and a bulangerie pretty close. Some boys from the reception stuff was arrogant and didn't say hello when we were coming in (I didn't really care about this-it is just a remark).

He cleanliness of the room, their size and the location

I Throught de location was in Trocadero as do andresse say. But the hotel ins't there, its very far fron.

I felt that the Reception staff looked to help at all times. I had my wallet stolen at "Opera" tube station and I was given help as to where the local police station was.

I had no complaints at all but feel that the cleaning staff might want to move bedside drawers from time to time to clean behind them. That apart the room was otherwise clean, esp the bathroom which was spotless.
