The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathroom are OK for a visit to Paris. Staff from Hotel are very friendlly. The room have only 1 key, they should provide extra keys or use the card system. The same for the balcony access. Only 1 key for all the balcony in the hotel. |

Quality of staff - particularly the recepion team: efficient, well-informed and with a great sense of humour! Good language skills also. The mattress! I have back problems and did not get good rest. |

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was helpful with directions and transportation arrangements. As a young couple and an American, the price seemed high but it wasn't that bad for Paris. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower but not much else is around. The subway is close so it is easy to get where you want to go. As an American, it was difficult communicating what we wanted to the staff from the hotel room telephone. At times, I felt like the staff didn't really want to help us but they did. |

we were given a room on the 8th floor though it was more like a suite but it did not seemed to be a hotel room and more like a managers quarter..as we were with children we enjoyed the spacious atmosphere otherwise it would have been dissapointing. The location is good if you are on a business trip but it is far from the main tourist places and attractions. |

the hotel is located in a nice quiet street, there aren't many tourists around (we like that), but the touristical spots are easily reached. because of the special offer they had the price was reasonable the staff was really annoying, we couldn,t check-in till 5 o clock because the room wasn't ready, we booked a triple room there were only towels, teacups etc for2, the 3d bed was a stretcher, the furniture in the room wasn,t very clean. |

we were able to walk to the eiffel tower, it was close enough to walk to a few things and then get on transport, it was reasonably priced, staff were friendly, the room was clean and we had a little balcony. the hotel staff whilst friendly, did not appear knowledgeable enough. at lunch time i booked an evening site seeing tour on a bus (it was my birthday) - and i left this with reception. when we got back in to check the confirmation, the other staff member did not know anything about it, and when he rang the tour company, they said it was too late. |
