We loved everything. The location was a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel tower..the room was large, bed comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Would stay again.

The location was 8 blocks from the metro. We took the train from the airport and walked with our baggage. The train turned into the metro. It was a little far.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean. It was serviced daily and left clean & tidy. We had a large 'opening' window which we used (see negative points). The room safe was very handy for 'peace of mind', although the Hotel felt secure. The location was very quiet, in fact the main noise was from the pigeons on the adjoining roofs! Very easy access to city attractions. Short stroll from the Eiffel Tower. 5Mins from nearest Metro and close to two others. The side streets were residential and very quiet, not at all threatening. There were several restaurants, bar/cafes and a couple of Supermarkets close by. In fact there is a Supermarket just 20metres from the hotel entrance. NB Found route to CDG Airport is most easily reached from Javel RER stn, change at St Michel Notre Dame then take RER line B tp CDG direct. Reception staff were always helpful and spoke good English. Our luggage was held for us on our last day after checkout. Although we chose to eat out, the dining costs seemed very reasonable. The lifts were efficient, clean and easy to access. The lounge bar offered comfortable seating and prices compared to those at local restaurants. A folder of place to visit, restaurants and other helpful notes, was available at reception.

The room was very warm, we kept it cool by opening the window as the air- conditioning only provided blown air - but no cooling was evident. Coffee/Tea making facilities would have been nice, but I guess that is available in the 'superior' rooms.

Helpful staff. Location handy for Metro. Quite location. Being in Paris.

Heater/ air condition unit not working - despite complaint. No plug in sink. Embarrassing confusion over what time bar closed 10.30pm or 11pm. Delivery trucks / rubbish collection noise during night. Not genuine 4* hotel

Good location and an easy walk to the station, Eiffel Tour and local bars and restaurants. There is even a shop close by for teenagers food.

Breakfast was expensive so we went to the cafe on the corner which was very friendly and used by the locals.

i really like the hotel personnel they were helpful and good humuor. And also the rooms were quite well for other paris hotels. Also the price is the most important thing price was wonderful

No major issues... Stayed in this hotel several times back in 2011 plus March 2013, I may come back again. It remains a reasonable option for me, still within walking distance to the OECD centre (15-20 min away). I liked the option of several English news channels.

A tea/ coffee making facilities in the standard room would be nice. I dislike debit card pre-authorization policy and blocking certain amount of my money even several days after my stay. As I am a returning guest, I do not expect such treatment.

I have already been there several times. If it's not OK, one doesn't return. I do. So for me it's a very good place to stay.

Location was great.

Was not great value for money and would never pay the full asking price. Number of facilities in the room did not work.

The air condition was broken and I had to wear my long jacket to sleep in the bed. There was no blanket in my room so I had to ask for it. They did not have an electric heater. Two men came but no applogy. I told them to convey my message to their manager, but he did not receive it. I said that I did not want to pay for the night and the manager proposed me only 15% off.

Very friendly staff and really good location (Close to both RER and metro stations), 15 min walking to Eiffel Tower, Also a clean hotel ;-)

Not much choice for breakfast

The 2 gentlemen at reception were both fluent in English and very helpful. The concierge was eager and helpful to show us where to park. From the outside the hotel does not look particularly grand but on entering it is a different picture. Comfortable room which we were upgraded to, as the hotel was not fully booked. Room was cosy and clean. Not the best view but a room is anyway only to sleep in. About a 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Just about 100m from the hotel is a convenience store. Location is good but if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of things this hotel is not perfectly located. Quiet area though. Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Very slow lifts. If you can it is quicker to walk the stairs.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We like the location, cleanless and parking availability.

Good acces to Paris while the hotel is in a quit location. Garage is available although with a tight enterance.

Room not available on arrival (this haapens sometimes). They had a solution (upgrade) ready and were very helpfull. Excellen price/quality rate.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was very spacious and had good facilities. A good range of hot and cold for breakfast.

Central location, all you could eat breakfast, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Not being able to sit at a table to eat, bar snacks not bistro menu.
