Well located, clear rooms, decent price level. The rooms are quite small and difficult to ventilate, which gives rise to stale air during the night. The breakfast is a bit overpriced, but since it's not mandatory it's fine.

It was very convienient to the city center of Strausbourg and the tram so you can walk very easily to pretty much anywhere. We took the train from paris and the tram to near the hotel and it was easy to walk with our luggage the rest of the way. It was really fine. The room was a bit small but we expected that. We had larger pieces of luggage and they were a bit underfoot as there was no place to put it.

The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and everything in the hotel is clean, rooms are quiet, very comfortable, cosy atmosphere, excellent location - close to center and to European institutions which makes it suitable for both business or city trip, excellent value for money

Literie nickel. Le lit bébé réservé étant cassé, nous avons été surclassé de chambre par le personnel en arrivant. Malgré un appel deux jours avant pour rappeler la nécessité d'un lit bébé, en arrivant, nous apprenons que le lit bébé est cassé (y avait il un seul lit bébé pour tout l'hôtel ?). On nous a alors surclassé. Mais le lendemain, au moment de payer, on a voulu nous faire payer le prix de la chambre la plus chère !!! Chambre très bruyante (n°8 donnant sur la rue, très bruyante, et bruit du groupe clim installé sur le balcon !!).

Located in city center, family atmosphere. WiFi available in every room, but slow. Over all the hotel was ok for our one-night stay. Parking close to the hotel is difficult. Bathroom in our room (#27) too small. No way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Pieni ja kotoisa hotelli. Huoneet olivat siistit ja palvelu oli hyvää. Hotellissa oli sauna, jota kävimme testaamassa. Hinta oli 8 euroa. Sauna oli ihan hyvä. Eniten ihmetytti kun siellä ei ollut kiuasta. Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli.

Das Hotel befindet sich in eine sehr günstige Lage, weil man kann zu Fuß über die Brücke gleich den Dom erreichen.(ca.15 Min !) Bus und Bahn um die Ecke (ca.5-7 Min zu laufen )Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, mit schneeweisse Bettwäsche und Handtücher ! Das Personnal sehr nett und freundlich, die Reception ist 24 Std. Am Tag besetzt.Aufzug, Kühlschrank und Flachbildschirm vorhanden. Und alles funktioniert !!!!! Die Zimmerpreise sind sehr angenehm dass man dort ohne bedenken übernachten kann. Das Hotel ist klein aber fein !!!! und ich werde, bestimmt wieder dahin!!
