Staff spoke English quite well and always helped us in finding walking/train routes to local attractions. Room were cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily. (01) Room service was not available as earlier mentioned due to shortage of staff. (02) No tea/coffee available in room, no kettle & cups. (03) No ironing board. (04) The hotel did not have any 'Universal adaptor' to borrow (to charge mobiles, camera re-chargeable batteries etc). These 4 things can be improved upon. |

Location was the only plus. It was within walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro. Room was too small, mattress lumpy, guest services poor. Some front desk staff rude, inappropriate. My personal belongings were damaged when room cleaned. Though reimbursed by hotel manager, had to take time from my trip to find and purchase item damaged as they needed receipt and proof of price and purchase. Initial discussion on procedures to take for damaged property discussed with hotel staff at front desk. Staff was rude and stated we were lying about price of damaged goods, offensive. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. The room was big enough and very quiet. Airconditioning. Short walk to Eiffel Tower. No parking at the hotel, but easy to find a place in the street. |

The location was the best thing, and i found it clean good room, staff helpful, great location for the metro to get around Paris One thing i found let them down and that was that they never had a room that locked to store your luggage after you checked out of your room |

Hotel Baldi is fairly well located for the Metro, restaurants and walking to the sights. The room was warm and clean and the staff friendly. It is a good basic hotel. Little expensive due to inflation and the exchange rate. |

The hotel was clean and tidy with welcoming staff who spoke good English. The continental breakfast is good value for money when compared with the average prices in Paris. The air conditioning in my room only blew hot air no matter how low I turned the temperature control. It was too hot to sleep and with a Metro line right outside the window it was too noisy to open the windows. |

The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect for all of the sightseeing I wanted to do. I felt very safe as I travelled on my own and the hotel room was cleaned daily. The only negative comment was the fact that the bathroom was a bit small but it was still adequate for what I wanted. Also the heating was on full blast so without the windows being opened it did become a bit stuffy. But these are all very minor points. It is a perfect hotel for a single traveller, looking to see the best parts of Paris. |
