Value for money, helpful staff who speak english, clean rooms with adequate facilities, convenient location to Belfort centre Metal base chair in the room, metal base chairs in the dining area |

Budget Price - excellent value for money, helpful friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Convenient location. I found the place endearing - I stayed there for 3 weeks. I have stayed in smaller, dirty places where I didn't feel I wanted to eat the breakfast that have cost a lot more. Drove past it 3 times when looking for it because the more visible signs say Bonsai Hotel not Balladins. It is close to a busy, noisy road - I couldn't keep the window open because of traffic noise and I was there at a very hot and humid time in August which made it a little uncomfortable. It is a little too close to high-rise housing and an Industrial area for comfort. I am unwilling to be negative about the size of room/bathroom or any other aspect of the accommodation. You get what you pay for. If you don't like it pay for something better! |

the price, the staff - extremely friendly, considering the price the hotel should be called comfortable ; there isn't any problem with arriving with a pet, I'll come back there for sure more times when travelling |

It is located near the old town (vieille ville) which I think the main attraction if you are visiting Belfort. It is thou away from the train station but a simple bus ride or taxi ride will get you there with little cost. |

Porte d'accès aux couloirs et chambres très bruyantes. Montées d'escalier étroites. Table de chevet très usée. |

Amabilitate & corectitudine personal receptie, curatenie, amplasarea in centrul orasului. Posibilitatea de rezervare online. Pentru pretul platit, ofera a fost corespunzatoare, chiar superioara din motivele precizate la intrebarea de mai sus. Ca sugestie de imbunatatire - in incinta de la parter - sala de mese, se simte un usor miros neplacut.. de chimicale (?!). Deci ar fi util un deodorant pentru aer.... (mai bun) |

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gut durchdachte Zimmer( leider etwas klein, geht aber). Sehr sauber! Tolles Frühstück. Für eine Städte reise durchaus zu empfehlen. Die Heizung in einem der 2 Zimmer ging nicht.Wir hätten aber ein anderes Zimmer bekommen können. |

Cet hotel est tres vieux tous les equipements sont hors d'usage il manque des caches aux prises la tapisserie est dechiree il y a des brulures de cigarettes sur le mobilier et l'odeur de tabac dans les chambres sans compter les toiles d'araignees |

Nous avons apprécié la qualité des petits déjeuners, ainsi ue le professionalisme des personnels,(directeur y compris). L'exiguité de la chambre pour deux personnes et surtout celle du module douche. |

l'arrêt d'autobus juste devant l'hôtel, la gentillesse du patron, le rapport qualité/prix, le meilleur du Belfort dans sa catégorie. Impossibilité de pénétrer dans l'hôtel avant 17h si l'on n'a pas sa chambre. |

Hotel bien situé relativement proche du centre ville et du chateau, prix des chambres très bas. Confort et équipement minimaliste, quelques améliorations simples auraient pu facilement changer les choses en bien (par exemple, la lumière dans le couloir, ...). |

Die nette Betreuung durch das Hotelpersonal. Die Zimmer waren zwar einfach, aber der Service war gut. Der Lärm in der Nacht durch die Autos und Motorräder auf der Straße, die am Hotel vorbeiführt. |

Arrêt de bus au pied de l'hotel ( bus toutes les 10 mn). Pour deux, bon rapport qualité/prix. Impossible de prendre une chambre (pas d'automate) en dehors des heures d'ouverture. |
