Location. Thje hotel is next to metro station Porte de Bagnolet in an area with many shops and supermarkets. Pere Lachaise is 25 minutes walk from the hotel. I am a veteran of 2 star and low budget hotels, but this is a hotel I am not going to return to. Facilities are adequate, but I have never been at a hotel where it was directly unpleasant to stay, because the the staff seemed to loathe their job and by extension the guests. They were not directly unpolite or unwilling, but their behaviour was sullen and morose. Payment was demanded the second you arrived though you had not even seen your room, which shows the distrust with which guests were viewed. One evening I could not leave the hotel for 5-10 minutes, because the portier had gone shopping and locked all the doors. Luckely there was no fire.

We had anice hopitality well mannered ,friendly, staff.really valued for money ( for the 50% offer we had) it is old but clean with minimum facilities like hot water, hair dryer,tv,good heating system. 30 mints for eifel tower by metro, very close super markets. You will have to pay your bill in advanced.

A reasonoble hotel for a reasonoble price. Clean but old. Regarding breakfast, if you like eggs, meat, cheese or fruit, well you can buy this opposite the hotel. Summary: ideal hotel for budget travelars! No, price against quality is in balance

the hotel is located right infront of a metro station. even if the location is not really in the center, by metro you can reach all the important places in about 20 minutes max. nearby are 2 supermarkets, a bakery and some cafes. the room was clean but on the first sight it didn't look so, because everything in there is pretty old. during the day there was a very friendly man on the reception who answered all our questions. the hotel is perfect for stay of about 5 days. there is also a nightbus station infront of the hotel and if u want a drink the rue oberkampf is near ( you pay just about 5-6 euro for a taxi drive) the main problem was, that our window was so old that we couldn't close it at all. not only the sound of the street was a problem because of the not closing window but also the temperature during the night. in the hotel description it says that there is a minibar in each room- we didn't have one - we even asked for it.

Too noisy, poor bathroom cleanliness, small room, only good for student or low quality demand visitors.. Exagarated price compared to other hotel services in Paris. For example at Passy 90 EUR/night a doble room in a *** star hotel here 82 eur, fair price would be around 60 eur.

The room and the bathroom were absolutely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly located at the exit of the metro station "porte de bagnolet", and the travel time in direction to the city center is not too long. Concerning the low price, the hotel is a good deal.

The location: the hotel is just above a tube station, so it is easy to get around the city; there are two McDonald's nearby, and many supermarkets. Pere Lachaise cemetery is within walking distance. The room wasn't very clean: although they changed the sheets I think the blankets were there since forever. The bathroom was moldy. The beds were uncomfortable. Basically this was the cheapest hotel with en-suite bathrooms so don't expect more than a budget hotel.

Porte de Bagnolet Metro 3 Green line train station at front of hotel. Post Office, restaurants & supermarket across the road & internet cafe within easy walking distance. Close to cemetery to visit Chopin, Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison. Fresh food markets on Saturday morning were a great surprise. Smallest elevator in history. Breakfast bread roll/croissant tea/coffee/juice 6 euro. Hot water from tap so hot you can make tea/coffee in your room lol. Some after hours staff oblivious to the needs of strangers to the city of Paris with regards to transport. Fridge could have been thrown away. No interior lighting in halls unless pressed on button which first time in at night was a bit scary.

Convenient location, light clean room, easy metro access Breakfast very basic - little choice. If I stay there again I will take breakfast in one of the nearby cafes. Sound insulation to adjoining rooms is not good. Smell of cigarette smoke on landing and stairway.

Great location, right on top of a Metro station so very easy access to everything. Staff were friendly and polite and the price was very reasonable (we got a twin room for 49 euros!), ideal for students or anyone travelling on a budget.

I really like this hotel:) Though it is located a little bit far from the city center, it is quite easy to be found the moment we got off from the metro station, which saved us a lot of time. The size of the room is good, and it is quite clean. The staffs in the hotel is quite nice and helpful. We had a great experience in this cozy hotel. During the night it might be quite noisy and as our room is very close to a big light outside, it's a little bothering. But for travellers coming back from a long day's trip, it is not such a big problem, as least for us.

The room was more or less clean and room service was every day. The Hotel was next to the Metro station Porte de Bagnolet (directly at the entrance of the hotel) so it was no problem to reach the city centre. Vis-à-vis there was a supermarket. This hotel is suitable for a weekend journey where your only demand consists of a clean room with a bathroom, not more. The hotel itself was a little bit torn. The hairdryer was out of order and the shower head rack was broken, so you have to keep the shower head in the hand all the time. The walls are very thin - you hear every noise from the adjacent rooms and also the traffic noise. Attention: You have to pay in advance at the check-in!

It is cheap and the staff offers a great hospitality .In addition,it is quite clean! The most important is tha there are many shops just like grocery, bakery and supermarkets in the neighbourhood and-of course- the metro station which is very useful in paris!it is a great choise for those who want to discover the city! It was old as building and the owners should improve its appearance-if it is possible

It was very good located, just next to the metro station,so the access to Paris has been very easy..There were also 2 markets, poste, pizzeria and other bars-restaurants near there!! Generally the room was clear, although it was a bit old-fashioned but that's was not a great problem if you are all day outside.. It was also hot inside and it had hot water...that's very good! The only problem that I pinpointed in this hotel was the noise from the street...but if you re a tourist, you are sooo exhausted that in 5 min you get sleeping...
