Location is ok, close to metro
Almost everything. Dust everywhere. Freezing cold bathroom. The temperature was the same as outside. Hot water only for 10 minutes. Somebody's used dental floss on the wall which nobody bothered to clean. We asked to change the room, the receptionist said it could be done the next day. We came next day in the morning but were told that it was possible to do only after 2 pm. Who would stay in the hotel till 2 pm? We said that we wouldn't be there at 2 pm and the receptions told us its not a problem. We came back at 7 but a different receptionist told us we should have brought our luggage downstairs in the morning and then it was too late. We should have guessed i suppose. Btw it was the same guy who had agreed to change the room the day before. We paid to have breakfast for 3 days but were leaving at 5 am on the 3rd day. We asked at the reception if we could have at least croissants and bread in the morning but were told its not possible. At 5 o'clock when we were leaving a tray with croissants was already at the reception so i don't see any reason for it being not possible. The receptionist was sleeping on the matress on the floor and didn't even bother to turn on the light when we were leaving until we asked if we could have a coffee from the paid machine. And calling a taxi was 'not possible' either. Luckily its not a problem to catch a taxi in Paris. If there is something on earth that can spoil ur stay in Paris its this hotel.
location, clean, close to metro, this was my 2nd time in this hotel and I got the same room (I asked for it and I got it without any problem :) Nice staff and clean room
The staff is friendly, room is clean , metro station is just in front of the hotel,
No free Wifi, paid wifi is closed before the paid time , room is little bit tide , breakfast is not rich
Метро рядом с входом в отель. Отличный персонал. Рядом супермаркет.
Metro access stairs next to the hotel & supermarket across the road. The lift was tiny, but better than stairs. The staff responded well once Booking.com got a French speaking person to explain that we needed a refund due to changing our booking from 5 days to 4 days within the "Free Cancellation" period.
Wifi pay per device per day; no English TV channels & no fridge. No soap holder, so floor got very wet when reaching for soap etc. Only one pillow per person was allowed, so we could not even cushion our hips where they sunk through to the base of the bed.
Right outside a metro station. it's like right in front of the exit of station. very clean.
Paid wifi? but i guess most of the paris hotel is doing the same.
just next to metro station.easy to access Paris center.restaurants, super market, bank, pharmacy, bakery close by.
Just the localization is nice. In front of a metro station with supermarkets and pharmacies around.
Hair on the bathroom, the towells smelling a vinegar, a lot of dust on the room and in the curtains. The lift fit just 2 people a time, and we had to pay to use the internet (its very ridiculous)
close to the metro, nice room (I booked the hotel once again for February and I hope have the same room ;), clean, breakfest was nice... I liked the hotel
well, basically were satisfied :)
Good location, near from the metro. You can walk night without being affraid. Bathroom was clean. Good value for money.
The bed was a little unconfortable. Not a problem because we stayed one night. The sheets were dusty. Small room, small bath, but it's "normal" in Paris. The lift is very small. For us it wasn't a problem because we had backpacks, but be careful if you have a lot of luggage.
Good location Close to metro station Baggage storage Helpful staff
-Walls are like made of paper, you hear everything! -Uncomfortable bed -Smelly towels, quite dirty room -Poor breakfast
I like that the room was clean and tidy, people working there was nice and hotel have good location with metro station which was very close.
Bathroom = mould, internet cost 3 euro pre day. Why? Breakfast, very poor, u can choose only from croissant, some little rolls, and three types of crisps with milk. Papers walls everywhere. You can hear at night how well work water pipe duct which wake u up if anybody will use the water. Same with traffic and elevator.
Next to the metro station, brasseries and supermarkets. You can walk night without afraid of anything. Clean room, friendly staff
A little bit noise, a fridze in the room will be good, nothing special that i dont like
Customer Service/ Prompt attention to your requirements/Everything available on arrival.Explanation of breakfast times- where to go to get it. Plenty of clean towels and sundries.Very close to Metro and restaurants.
Could not stay longer
Almost anything.......... :-( Just the metro near.....
The cleanliness. Confort. Wifi.
Staff was friendly, location near metro station
Name of hotel had changed and was different than in Booking.com - confused at first
The staff was very nice. The room space was small, but comfortble and clean.Very close to metro station, easy to get anywhere.
Rooms are clean, also bathroom. Towels are changed every day.
Room are quite small. Breakfast is too poor for men. Walls are thin and sound around are as everything is in your room.
The bathroom was big with a big window, what I thought was a very cool thing, the sabuway station is right next to the hotel, many non-expensive places to eat.
As soon as we arrived the guy (the host) was behaving very strange, asking inappropriate questions to my cousing, it really bothered us, this guy should know that this kind of behave is unacceptable at work, maybe he should get a job in a nightclub! My iPhone was charging and souddely there was a noise, smoke came out of it, I took the cable out and it was all black, thanks God the iPhone didn't get ruined, just the charger didn't work anymore. I went down to tell the guy about, and the only thing he did was send someone to check the room, they didn't care to replace my charger or anything, so be very careful with your things at this hotel.
Good value for money, friendly staff, good connection to city center (subway station in front of the hotel), shops nearby, safe area.
Small room & bath, traffic noise during daytime (not so bothering since you're out most of the day), reduced breakfast offer.
the room was very good, bathroom inside was very clean and nice, scenery is good, don't hesitate about the location metro station is two steps behind and you can reach there from everywhere easily with metro in half an hour, there is a supermarket, mcdonalds, pharmacy, everything you can need is nearby it is a nice street, don't pay a lot of money to other hotels ,staff was great they were very helpful I even left my luggage until the evening I didnt pay any money,it was cold and there wre super quality blankets in the wardrobe, there is a water heater inside,
The front desk staff does not speak good english. Even I payed entire amount with my credit card and I had the payment proove on my email, the front desk staff told me that I didn t payed. Finnaly he saw that I have to pay only the city tax.
right near a metro station
I was charged for my daughter's breakfast and then told that breakfast only included one lodger not the two that stayed in the room! No air conditioning and on a busy room we were awakened every night by people getting off the metro. Close the window and the room was hot and stuffy. No fan no air conditioning and this wasn't during a heat wave. Fellow saw we had breakfast and could have told us about the extra charge.
