The staff was very nice. The room space was small, but comfortble and clean.Very close to metro station, easy to get anywhere.
Rooms are clean, also bathroom. Towels are changed every day.
Room are quite small. Breakfast is too poor for men. Walls are thin and sound around are as everything is in your room.
The bathroom was big with a big window, what I thought was a very cool thing, the sabuway station is right next to the hotel, many non-expensive places to eat.
As soon as we arrived the guy (the host) was behaving very strange, asking inappropriate questions to my cousing, it really bothered us, this guy should know that this kind of behave is unacceptable at work, maybe he should get a job in a nightclub! My iPhone was charging and souddely there was a noise, smoke came out of it, I took the cable out and it was all black, thanks God the iPhone didn't get ruined, just the charger didn't work anymore. I went down to tell the guy about, and the only thing he did was send someone to check the room, they didn't care to replace my charger or anything, so be very careful with your things at this hotel.
Good value for money, friendly staff, good connection to city center (subway station in front of the hotel), shops nearby, safe area.
Small room & bath, traffic noise during daytime (not so bothering since you're out most of the day), reduced breakfast offer.
the room was very good, bathroom inside was very clean and nice, scenery is good, don't hesitate about the location metro station is two steps behind and you can reach there from everywhere easily with metro in half an hour, there is a supermarket, mcdonalds, pharmacy, everything you can need is nearby it is a nice street, don't pay a lot of money to other hotels ,staff was great they were very helpful I even left my luggage until the evening I didnt pay any money,it was cold and there wre super quality blankets in the wardrobe, there is a water heater inside,
The front desk staff does not speak good english. Even I payed entire amount with my credit card and I had the payment proove on my email, the front desk staff told me that I didn t payed. Finnaly he saw that I have to pay only the city tax.
right near a metro station
I was charged for my daughter's breakfast and then told that breakfast only included one lodger not the two that stayed in the room! No air conditioning and on a busy room we were awakened every night by people getting off the metro. Close the window and the room was hot and stuffy. No fan no air conditioning and this wasn't during a heat wave. Fellow saw we had breakfast and could have told us about the extra charge.
near metro stop
very noisy traffic location, hot with no a.c. dusty on arrival, mildew in bath over charges for breakfast, bad milk tiny room, narrow beds, no cot provided for 3rd person
The only good thing of the hotel was the metro next to the door, the Rest just horrible !!!!
Alles war schmutzig ! Die Personal unfreundlich , ich empfehle niemand dieses Hotel!!!!
It was conveniently located near a tube station not too far from city.
it was noisy - walls are paper thin so the nocturnal events of adjoining rooms kept me awake every night. Hair and dirt on the floor; two paper cups in the room that are not replaced when used; shower was hopeless; very noisy traffic and rumbling from underground; small poky rooms; beds were made but never changed; black mould on walls. Overall very unsatisfactory.
Rooms door was a behind a bookcase like in Scooby doo
Location was quite good near to metro and exit to Paris ring road ( if you were driving).
there was NO lift, it was broken the two nights we stayed - and one of our rooms was on the 4th Floor ! no parking ... it was also noisy, it is on a very busy road.. the hotel is faded and not as good as it looks in the photos ..
It's location, right outside the metro. Making coffee/tea facilities. Clean bathroom TV Plenty of cupboard space Would go there again for an overnight (2 nights max) stay.
Being in the summer it was very hot in the room so slept with windows open but outside traffic was loud. A/C definitely missing there.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were able to check in early and on the day of departure we left the suitcases in their care, whilst we visited Paris. Nice to have a hairdryer. Bathroom was very good. Value for money.
No milk in the room, nor was I able to get any from the desk :-( could not have a cup of tea. Flimsy plastic cups for hot coffee, could be dangerous. Bedding was clean but with marks.
Just the design of the wardrobe.
Services elevator, too small n smely, size of room(small),bathroom,(small).the room was smelling badly.no AC,THE TV was positioned too high, the sheets were dusty.the toilet didn't flush properly,I think we where given the wrong room because on the website the rooms looked big for a double room n we met a small room
Metro access directly outside, supermarket over road.
Bit noisy, inside and out. Slightly dubious neighborhood.
- very close to the subway, nice district with cosy cafes and charming old buildings - clean, no bugs, towels changed daily - left- luggage - doesn't look bad - nice personnel
- TV channels only in French
The hotel is a bit away from the centre of Paris but in an ok area and next to the metro. For the price class in Paris the room was decent size.
The TV, or rather the remote, did not work and was not fixed while I was there (five nights). The bathroom was a bit small.
+good wifi connection +perfect location (5m from metro) +quiet rooms +good comunication
-small room -still waiting for my money from reservation payment -breakfast, only bagettes with jam and cheese.
Location was just perfect ! Clean rooms and the staff were very courteous.
Location is good
It's expensive, especially wifi charges extra money
Great access to subway train network
Smell of smoking in room
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Metro stop Porte de Bagnolet is right outside the hotel, and it takes only about half an hour to get into the city. There's a supermarket, and two smaller shops that even stay open late, there's restaurants near Gambetta (10min), and the coach station is only a ten minute walk away.
Wifi and breakfast are not included, and there is no AC for hot summer nights. But overall the value for money, considering Parisian standards, is very good.
The wifi was not free. We paid 14euro and the wifi was poor signal, it keep going in and out. The bed was hard. I was bitten by bugs and not sure which kind. The entire hotel is very small and crammed. Elevator literally fits 1 person at a time. One of our windows was not working n there was poor ventilation. We were forced to leave our key with the front desk agents. Please improve this matter.
