Desk clerk did her best even though she spoke no English. Helped us with bags up two steep flights of steps. Hotel is clean and servicable but very old. |

The people were very nice and pleasant, even though we couldn't speak French. They did their best to be helpful. The cots, fold-out beds were quite uncomfortable. The shower was odd, but I didn't have to try it. |

Building light and airy. Food delicious, good value. Clean and friendly. We don't speak French, it was difficult to communicate, not there problem though - ours! |

Good evening meal and breakfast. Despite being clean, the bedroom reeked of cigarettes and the smell of drains in bathroom was so disgusting we didn't even shower. |

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, despite my poor french language skills the staff were very helpfull. I like the Hotel Bertrand and find it a very easy going and relaxing place to stay. It would be my first choice of a place to stay if I am in that area of France again haveing the garage to put my motorcycle in overnight was a great help, Personally I think it is a great place |

Les dames de cette hotel sont vraiment très sympathique et souriante. Merci La fumée de cigarette arrive à rentrer dans la chambre (101) . Pb avec la ventilation dans cette chambre?. Essayer d'insonoriser les écoulements que l'on entend. |

Chambre confortable, restauration d'un très bon rapport qualité /prix. Hôtel bienvenu dans une petite ville où l' équipement hôtelier est très pauvre. Une mention particulière à la serveuse du restaurant, très avenante, attentive et conviviale. Etablissement à recommander. |

Bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel; prima ligging ten opzichte van diverse bezienswaardigheden in de streek. Schone kamers met goeie bedden. Eigen parkeergelegenheid met verlichting en omheining. |
