Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had good facilities and furniture with a large comfortable bed. One of the best rooms I have had in an hotel. The only point I would make was that the tea and coffee etc in the room was not replenished each day. We had to ask for it to be replenished and the staff were not very pleased that we asked for this. This would not stop me booking there in the future though. It was a minor point. |

The room was extremely loud. The road was noisy and there was a park downstairs where people speaking the whole night. The corridor was smelling something chemical and the room a bit as well. We had booked three nights and we changed the hotel because of this. |

Hotel is pretty close to the city center. Tram nearby allows easy travelling through the city. Our windows were into inner yard so it was quiet. Parking lot was available as well. Room was clean. The superior room is not so superior actually. In other hotels it would be normal one. But for 85 eur per night is still ok. |

Very helpful reception staff in directing us to somewhere else to eat! Nice lobby bar. Very convenient for continuing our journey south, but I should have found out and taken with me, directions for how to get there from the autoroute. Had run out of gin! Very functional eating 'restaurant', but maybe it was expected we would go out. |

Proximity to tram stop Suchet and to one of the main sncf railway stations, Lyon Perrache. Staff were efficient and spoke English quite well. Free WiFi. Room modern and bright. Some traffic and tram noise; additional cost of breakfast (10€), although this charge was fairly standard in French hotels; hotel not so close to dining or tourism area; no fridge in room; no shower curtain - bathroom got wet |

close to metro/gare, people are very friendly, rooms are bright and clean, allowed us to leave baggage at hotel while we toured city (thank you) shower/bath needs a shower curtain (?), maid knocked once very quickly before using her key to enter while madam and I were getting dressed (didnt she know the room was occupied?), could use a clock in the room |

Although it is located in the city, it has an easy access from A7 coming from the South. Wardrobe and toilet extremely small. OK for 1-2 nights, but not for a longer stay. |

O tamanho do quarto era muito bom e confortável, exceto as dependencias do vaso sanitário que era fora do banheiro e num espaço muito pequeno. Apesar de terem nos informado na recepção que o quarto era não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro era muito forte e desagradável. |
