Parking in a safe place. The airco in the room did not work. Rooms somewhat dated. Service in the bar was poor. |

Possibility to park my car in a protected area. Rooms are a bit dated. Airco was not functioning well, which resulted in temperatures in the room which were not comfortable at all. |

noisy room, you could hear the train station nearby. No shower curtain, so you put water all over the bathroom. |

Although it is located in the city, it has an easy access from A7 coming from the South. Wardrobe and toilet extremely small. OK for 1-2 nights, but not for a longer stay. |

It was way out of town. It said near the train station but not the main one. It cost us 16 Euros each way to the train. |

There was nothing really to like versus every other hotel I stayed at in France. Parking is supposed to be available with reservation. When I arrived after asking for parking on my reservation, parking was not available. I had to park 0.5 miles away. There are only 6 parking spaces in total. During my stay, only 2 were actually occupied! As I checked out, a conference guest from Baxi was given access codes for parking. |

Staff was very helpful. The breakfast room was very inviting and the breakfast was reasonably priced. Parking was very convenient. Location. The hotel was a bit too far away from the "old city." |

The room was clean - that's the only positive!!! Everything else!!! 1) When booking this Hotel, we specifically requested for a carpark to be 'reserved' as we were driving to Lyon for the weekend. When we arrived, they said it was a 'first in, first serve' policy & it was full already!!! Breakfast no good! There are alot more negative points to this hotel, but not enough room here to advise. My only advice is to not stay at this hotel!!!! |
