Great location - parking is a nightmare, but it is close to a cheap secure underground car park. |

we liked that there were tea making facilities in the room, and a bath, also that the bath/shower and toilet were seperate rooms |

The relative quietness and the good buffet breakfast. In your advert you did not mention that a comfort room had only a double bed. Instead of paying 96 euros for two nights we had to pay twice that in order to get twin beds. Very frustrating. As this was the third visit to the Bosquet we felt that the directions should have shown more consideration. A second issue was the access. This year my brother in law needed a wheelchair in the airport. There should have been better access to the hotel for the disabled. Something out of your hands was the state of the road, but you could have warned us about it. I don't usually complain, but as you asked for comments you have been given them! If you can offer us a better deal next year we might be tempted back.DM |

The staff were friendly, the breakfasts good, the kettle in the room a bonus. Easy walk to the shops and cafes. The road works right outside made it hard with luggage, but that will be fixed soon and all will be well. |

The friendily staff and the closeness to all the main shops and restaurants in Pau. The air conditioning unit was loud and very annoying. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Air conditioning needs to be improved. Perhaps cleaning the filters is all that is needed. |

Great location. Fantastic & helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean. Bedroom & bathroom small but had everything we needed. Great hotel except for noise at night (from air con not outside). The air conditioning was very very loud - so much so that we could not sleep at all the first night. By night 3, we were so tired we probably managed about 5 hours sleep in total. Totally spoilt the overall experience. Really needs sorting out. Also, walls are so thin, we could hear other people in bathrooms. |

Very convenient position, close to everything in the centre of Pau, but still quiet. Hairdryer in bathroom & tea/coffee & biscuits replenished every day which is very good for a French hotel. The only thing is the room is very small, but it was fine for 2 nights. |

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful - usefully for non-French-speakers, all three Receptionists I met spoke English (I speak French anyway). Wide variety of Continental breakfasts available. Room decor not brilliant but one is only there to sleep! Apart from proximity to the Pyrenees none of the other classifications apply but Pau is a very interesting city - great Castle. |
