We went to Pau for the motor racing and the hotel was excellently located Rooms were a bit small and dim

In the inner city of Pau This hotel was very noisy with loud parties outside up to 2.30 in the morning. Also it is very hard to get to as the road is restricted by bollards that you have to call to get lifted. Also the wifi was non existant and the parking is just the adjecent city parking lot which is also hard to get to.

Pleasant place - friendly and efficient reception. Only problem was we couldn't sleep because it was too noisy - people talking in the street outside through the night. When we finally got to sleep the rubbish was being collected (glass -which made a horrible row).

Good central but quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities in the room (unusual for France). A good standard of accommodation for a 2 star hotel and reasonable rates.

I stayed in a family room which was very spacious, the room was clean, and the location was ideal - in the city centre and only minutes walk from the train station. The reception staff were very pleasant and understood my poor French.

Helpful, friendly and cheerful hotel staff helped to make my stay there very enjoyable. I did not realise at the time of booking that internet connection would be available, and I may take my computer next time I stay there. The buffet breakfast was fine and plentiful. Some restaurants in Pau are superb, but sadly my meal at the so called 'Moroccan' restaurant next door was awful. Cheap, yes, but the food was completely lacking in taste - had they not heard of herbs and spices? Apart from this major disappointment, my stay in Pau was most enjoyable.

Tout d'abord l'accueil (femme chatain) très malaimable, le prix ne correspond pas aux prestations Nous etions trois adultes dans la chambre Il a fallu reclamer tout les jours des serviettes pour se doucher. Le buffet petit dejeuner n a que le nom Surtout en voyant la vitrine réfrigérer plutot pour 'une boucherie ou charcuterie" recevoir des fruits qui n ont aucun gage de fraicheur et surtout au prix du petit dejeuner je n y reviendrai plus jamais faite leur faire un formation

Trés bon confort, et des tas de petits plus très appréciables, comme la bouilloire et la tisane dans la chambre. Emplacement en super centre bien pratique, avec le bémol de l'absence de stationnement, mais le parking souterrain est d'un coût très raisonnable la nuit. Evidemment le bruit de la soufflerie, mais ma chambre sur cour était globalement très calme et j'ai passé une très bonne nuit, d'autant que la literie est de qualité, et la couette juste comme il faut.... Quant au petit déjeuner je l'ai trouvé vraiment bien, varié et abondant, et le jus de fruit très correct ! De nombreux journaux variés, bref des attentions qu'on aimerait trouver ailleurs bine plus souvent. Je reviendrai, s'est sûr ! La soufflerie qui se déclenche à intervallles réguliers, mais rien de rédhibitoire

Le petit dejeuner etait parfait; Chambre donnant sur les toits; moteur de refrigeration se declenche sans arret toute la nuit; j'etais venue en deplacement car je travaillais le samedi toute la journee, nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit.

la petite bouteille d'eau mise a disposition quand on a fait un long voyage cela est tres sympas et tres accueillant. l'accueil pourrait etre meilleur en orientant bien les client pour le diner sachant que l'hotel n'a pas de restauration. je pense qu'il faudrait travailler la dessus.
