The receptionist was so helpful an friendly and the rooms and bathroom were very clean which are my top priorty staying in any hotel! I always like a cup of tea or coffee in the morning but there were no kettle or cups to make any of them. Also there wasn't any irons or ironing boards which was a bit of an inconvience. |

friendliness of staff, the room was clean and comfortable and good value for Paris hotels tea/coffee making facilities were not available in the room unlike Irish/British hotels. |

Cleanliness and helpful staff. The rooms were well laid out for the money. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. |

The staff were extremely helpful, drawing out different routes we should take to go places and gave loads of advice on where to visit. Room was spotless, leaned everyday with clean towels. Shower was very powerful, in a nice clean bathroom. |

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and modern and the staff was wonderful. Sadly, the attached bar was closed. |

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were always very accommodating when I needed something. I enjoyed the location as it is only a block away from the Metro station. Bed wasn't that firm. There needs to be a cotton blanket on the bed as the duvet and the artificial blanket were too hot. |

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. They went out of their way to make our stay in Paris very enjoyable. My shower had very little water pressure on the hot temperature. It was cold more than warm. |

Hotel well located in fairly quiet street. Polite staff spoke English at reception desk, always helpfull. Would recommend it. Lounge rather dark but due to style of building. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and always willing to offer great advice or research any questions for you (Natalie I think). The rooms are cleaned daily and to a good standard. My room had a bath and a balcony. My bed was comfy and the room was nicely and modernly decorated. My room was on the small side. The TV only had two English speaking channels - CNN and BBC World News. There was only toast, croissants, etc available for breakfast - i.e. no eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. The lift is very very small though I think this is typical in these old buildings. Some might say that this adds character?! |

The location, design of the room, nice luxurious and very new bathroom and very friendly staff. We asked for a bath tub but the room had no tub. |

Nice location, helpful staff. The room was big enough to spend a night in. As we travel to see Paris we were at the hotel only to have a rest after long day. It was clean and quiet. |

Very clean and cosy, the room was bigger than usual in Paris, and very close to the subway station. The hot water stopped during a bath in the morning, but after 5 min. of waiting it came back to normal and had no other problem. |
