The close proximity to the train station.

It was noisy, and there were people coming and going from the adjoining room all night long . . . and not being quiet about it, and I had a rear room, so I also got the listen to all the pre-dawn garbage dumping. If you are a person who enjoys sleeping, ask for a room in the front, and don't get the 3rd or 4th floor as there is no elevator. But the staff is pleasant and the breakfast is convenient and the coffee is excellent. For $12, it had better be. So, all in all, it is a mixed bag.

Good location. Easy find. Near public transport, like tram, train, bus. Easy reach.

Staff was very friendly and helpfful. Breakfast was good and had a large assortment of options available. The name is awesome!

People were smoking below the window so we chose to sleep with the window closed, making it stuffy and hot.

Next to the train station. We droped off our car and were gointg to take the TGV to Paris, so this was great.

Upon arrival, the lights did not work in our room and some of the electrical outlets did not work. The lights were fixed but not the outlet. It is not converient to the city except by public transportation or about a 2 mile walk.

The room was quite reasonable with a generously sized bathroom & shower cubicle. There was no bar fridge. It is very well located, across the road from the railway station (gare) and has easy access by tram into the city centre. We ate breakfast elsewhere as we felt the cost of breakfast was relatively high.

It was a little noisy on one night as a result of a fountain & square being located at the hotel entrance. .

room is clean and tidy. staff is helpful and nice. wifi in the room is a bonus. not much other facilities in the hotel but convenient enough. takes one minute walk from st jean train station.

Manque de transparence sur l'ameublement des chambres. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus d'un lit superposé en guise de chambre "triple".Nous trouvons cela à la limite de la malhonnêteté...

Personnel accueillant, propreté des lieux, chambre agréable.

Mauvaise insonorisation, on s'en rend compte la nuit! Manque de pression d'eau dans la douche!!!

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service ; la chambre est propre et tous les jours vous est installé du savon et du gel douche ; le petit déjeûner est sous forme de buffet bien garni.

La décoration, pas d'ascenseur, pas de climatisation, beaucoup trop chère

Забронировал спецпредложение в июле на конец августа. Прибыв в отель, был извещен о том, что в цену закралась ошибка (почему мне нельзя было сообщить об этом заранее, если это так?) и мне надо заплатить двойную цену, а обозначенная в бронировании цена недействительна. После пятнадцатиминутного разговора по телефону с booking дама-начальница трагически объявила, что все очень плохо, она вынуждена мне сдать номер по "моей" цене, после чего - бросание ключей на стол: "Лестница сзади Вас, Месье". Никакого чека об оплате номера (наличными) не было. Нескрываемое отношение ко мне как к мародеру оставило самое мерзкое ощущение.

Le lit double était fatigué, le creux au milieu du lit était un calvair. La chambre était exposé sur la rue. C'est un quartier extrêmement bruillant. Toute la nuit des gens parlent et s'interpellent devant l'hôtel! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
