Close to city centre and conference centre. easy accessibility to metro. budget room for a budget price. wifi in reception area as i was on the 4th floor. breakfast overpriced(5 euros) for a croissant 1(!)/1 french bread/1 (!) butter/ 1(!) jam and tea!! telephone piece in room, but wires behind not connected! not mended over 4 days of stay, despite reminder. |

Location was excellent, and was good value for money. Staff were on the whole helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. On the first night our room was on the ground floor next to reception, and was very noisy and basic. We were changed for the other 3 nights at our request, and the 2nd room was better, albeit it a little cramped, especially in the bathroom |

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room had a funny smell (it actually smelled like someone had peed on the rug...) and we didn´t get new towels every day. |

The staff was hospitable and location was excellent, 2 minutes from the metro station but in a secluded street. The bathroom was a tiny one. |

The room was clean, the hotel not to noisy. Close to the metro. I would stay here again, if it only was in another area of Paris. Not the nicest area of Paris, not many good nearby. Would choose anther area for my next visit, although the hotel was good. |

VERY friendly and helpful staff. We felt that we got what we came for, and the hotel was the quality we expected for the money we spent. Therefore, we felt like we got our money's worth. Walls were thin, but that was part of the adventure, and ear plugs at night made all the difference. |

It was awful starting from entrance. Room was very-very-very small, it is small even for one person, but as for two... Bathroom - it is not a bathroom, it is hell on earth: the smallest bathroom on earth, furthermore: douche and lavatory pan were leaking. Audibility: be sure, you will hear everyone on the floor, lift, maid. You will smell how someone smokes. |

It's an very simple but clean hotelroom. There's only the things you need and nothing more. No decoration at all but clean towels, excellent beds. It's cheap and the staff is very kind. For 5 euro there's a simple breakfast with very fresh croissant and baquette. Parking garage is around the corner so travel by car is easy. For this price it's more than oké. We enjoyed our Paris trip. We stayed at the 6th floor. In case of emergency, you can only leave the hotel by regular stairs wich didn.t give me a save feeling. |

Nothing!!! The worst hotel we've ever been!!!! We've been in better hostels!! Where to begin? Our room wasn’t clean and the towels weren’t changed! The last day, after a great day in Paris, we arrive to the hotel and our room was just like we left it in the morning!!! We complaint and they simply said that we should complain in the morning… whatever! We were 3 (and pay for3) and there were only towels for 2! |

Its location. Terribly bad cleaning service and no Internet as promised. They did nothing to fix these two aspects during the 5 days we were there. |

I have spend two days in this hotel and actually I was there only for several hours in a day just to sleep. So there was all i needed: shower and comfortable bed. And besides the price was rather nice for such good location. |

Perfect location to the metro, and there are several good cafe and bristos around. Nice room, and good cleaning. The wireless internet does not work in the room so that if you want to use it, you'd better put your laptop in the lobby. BTW, prepare the french style ac/dc. |

The staff was friendly and most did speak sufficient english. I did not like the fact that we did not receive fresh towels, even upon request. One towel for 9 days is pretty gross. Also, the site claims internet throughout the hotel however, the router does not extend past the second floor and we were on the fourth. |

Hotel staff were helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Very good location, with tube station nearby, car parks, restaurants & bars. Overall, the hotel was ok for a short stay and if you plan to spend most of the time out. If you are looking for some comfort, then, it is not the place for you. |
