exposed electrical wires at light fittings,general shabby appearance, strong smell of bleach.

- The location was next to the metro so was easy to get to the city and other locations

- Lift is only fit for onew person - Staff (I think were owners) were taking commission for taxi and other bookings and as a result were way more expensive than normal) - Rooms were not nice at all - Bed linen were not clean, had cigarette holes and marks on them - No facilities of a normal hotel/motel, very poor, can't even rate as one star - Some of the hotels like Ibis, Holiday Inn which offered rates of Euros 70-100 were better than this that charged us Euros 135 for nothing.

Nothing. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I do not think they have 2 stars - I did not see any stars on the signs or inside the hotel on the notice of tarriffs.

The room was NOTHING like the pictures. The lights were hanging off bare wires, when you lay in bed there was a bare light bulb in your face. There was no shower (attachment broken) only a half bath in a TINY bathroom. The floor sloped - it was awful.

The room is suiteable for our need and all the staff are very helpfull..thanks for our firstime visit to Paris

Friendly staff and good access to city centre, also warm and clean rooms.

Main corridor and stairs are very old and need to be renewed, carpets need to be changed because they look awfull and make a bad smell.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Good quality for low price.

They charged my credit card for 1 night day before my arrival and I was suppoused to not be charged at all!!!!!

The first advantage of the hotel is it location. There is the metro station (Place de Clichi) next to the hotel. The Carrefour market is near the hotel (one station from the hotel). That is why we save some money for another activities. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It is possible to get to the Moulin Rouge in 5-7 minutes and to Basilica Sacre Coeur in 15-20 min. The floor in the room is covered by carpet.

When we get into room we found dirty towel and some used tissues under the bed. It is repairing the halls. We have got the large gap between entry and floor. There are two chairs only in the room for 3 persons.

I just love it, I went to Paris with my mommy and a friend, we love the hotel, was very clean, good location, the staff are very nice! For the price this hotel is the best!

Location was very good - close to metro, close to city center, safe area, many cafes and restorants nearby. Room was cleaned every day, personnel was nice and helpful.

The price/quality of the hotel is great. Comfortable beds, just a five minute walk to the Place du Clichy metro station, great staff.

The showers are not fixed in the wall.

The location is superb and the staff were wonderful - great place of you want to be near to everything without spending too much money.

In Room 12 the bedside lights were two lightbulbs with exposed wires which was a little scary - also the hotel looks a little 'tired. I know upgrades cost money but just a little will make it real value for money!
