Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location so close to the Nation Metro hub and RER and neighborhood cafes etc were very good. Staying on the 5th floor without a lift but it was really only an inconvenience when we moved our suitcases -upon arrival and checking out.

Location was quite OK. but the Location it is located is not that safe in the evening. I was warned by several friends living in France and also heard it from the restaurants. fortunately, nothing happened during my stay. employees can hardly be able to communicate in English, only French. I booked with the breakfast online already, but they charged me €20 more for the breakfast when I arrived. There is no lift in the Hotel. Rooms are really small, and the bathroom in particular. it's even difficult for me (175/60) to turn around in the shower. The Pictures are really misleading. Don't get trapped by the photos.

great value for money ! nice and cozy rooms, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, heating available, small but incredibly beautiful restaurant, tasty breakfast. Very friendly personnel - most had pretty good command of English (which is hard to find in France), they let us store our luggage after we checked out. Great location, not in center but you can go everywhere from the metro station which is 2 mins from hotel. Shop and a restaurant nearby that work till 1-2 am. I strongly recommend for couples or groups of friends ! slightly small rooms, shower was a bit broken.

Just the location is good, near the metro and several restaurants. More concerned with check-in, forget the cleanliness and convenience of customers. 2-Star hotel with 6 floors and no elevator. I found myself in a room with a dirt floor including pieces of glass scattered across the floor. The worst came when I went to bed, the sheets had pubes. I complain and only managed to provide me a sheet which in turn also was not intact. Radiators not warming. The bathroom was the example of space management, a person barely moved inside. A shower with a little water, which soaked the floor of the bathroom. To end, I found sheets and mattresses to dry along the corridors of the hotel. In the morning, the maids carrying the sheets "clean" plastic bags used.

Location near nation station Wifi didn't work in the room, no lift at all, however there are six living levels, no space in the room at all, no space in the shower at all, no soundproofing between rooms at all, you can hear people talking in the other room. You should cancel your reservation in advance before 2!!!! days, otherwise you must pay tarif for the room.

The location is great - practically on top of Nation Metro, with many local boulangeries, pattiseries, banks to get cash. We stayed away from the centre, but all the other cool neighbourhoods were really easy to get to. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was cosy but clean. The bathroom was crammed into a small space, which had more of a comedic effect than anything else. For what we were paying, there are no complaints really. It's not luxury, but for a place to sleep and shower, and then explore the city all day (and night), it's spot on.

Location was good, right next to Metro station, and several cafes nearby. Staff were friendly enough - we had to change rooms due to a problem with our room and they were fairly co-operative about this. The room was warm (sometimes too warm!) and the bed was comfortable enough. Room was clean in some ways but not in others. We were put in room 13 - I would not recommend this room!! The bedroom was tiny, a bit bigger than a box room in a semi-detached house, which was ok because we knew it would be small. But the 'bathroom' was just a section, cordoned off with a chipboard partition. There was no door to the bathroom, just a sliding piece of wood with no handle, and it did not close properly. There was no shower tray at all, meaning when the shower was on the entire floor around the toilet, sink, etc was drenched! The water pooled in the middle of the floor and did not go down the drain. It was quite shocking! It was a bit like something from a comedy movie. After one night I insisted on being moved, we were put into room 23 which was a bit better - it had a shower tray and a sliding door which closed. However even when closed, there was a large crack through which anyone in the room could see you if you were sitting on the loo etc! Relatively clean room, but large blobs of dust hanging down from ceiling, also bed was pushed in against wall and the wall was quite grubby from being touched, etc. We were never told there was a breakfast room, and so every day we trekked out in the rain to find somewhere for breakfast! I would not stay here again, the bathrooms really were appalling and I wasn't too happy with level of cleanliness. Please be advised: the rooms seen in the photos are not the room you will get!! They look absolutely nothing like them. If I could go back in time, I think we would even have been more comfortable in a hostel.

The room was not cold... Sheets and pillow full of all type of hairs and a not very pleasant smell, the room was so dirty that I seriously considered sleeping in the car. I had to sleep in a clean towel that I put on the top of the bed because the bed itself made me sick, I didn't even took my clothes off and couldn't also take a shower in a bathroom so small and so uncomfortable. The walls of the room are so thin that I could hear everything everyone around were doing just like they were on my room. I could go on and on about this horrible place but really the Hygiene should really put you off already. Booking shouldn't put places like this in their site, it hurts their credibility, this is no hotel no hostel no nothing.

24-Hour reception, good location (near Metro and rer station) I stayed in a double-bed room with bathtub on 3rd floor (room 31), it's the most expensive type of room in the hotel. However, the room was so stuffy that made me feel hard to breathe any time I stepped in. The door was tiny. I'm very skinny, but I even found difficult to get into and out of the room everyday, especially with my luggage on the 1st day and the last day. And the double-bed, omg, me and my sister, 2 skinny girls slept on a bed which they called "double bed" but in fact it's as big as my single bed at home and we felt that our bodies just exactly fitted on it. I really wonder why French people are not very small but they designed the hotel rooms that much small. If a short skinny girl like me found it small, I guess other ppl will feel the same if they stay there. Last but not least, in 5 days that I stayed there, they just made the bed and changed the towels in the bathroom the garbage bag in the waste bin. That's it. The floor wasn't cleaned, neither the bed sheet was changed. It was raining a lot those days during my trip in Paris and our boots made the floor dirty as they were really wet. We thought they would clean it in the morning but when we returned, the dirt mark was still there. Also, my sister dropped a piece of chocolate on the blanket but it wasn't changed at all in 5 days of our stay. We tried to talk with the receptionists, unfortunately the weren't able to communicate in English. In general, it was my first time in Paris, I didn't know anything about the city, but next time, with the experience that I've collected, I'll be able to choose a better place :)

Fairly decent location, liked the ambiance. Very close to the Nation metro stop, making traveling outside not very difficult. The room is really small. And the facilities aren't great. There's no elevator, so its difficult when you have a lot of luggage. I wouldn't recommend for a transit trip.

Very good location.4 metro lines and RER lines. You can reach city within 20 minutes. Disney land is about 40 mins.Nice neighbourhood. There are some bars and restaurents.I would recommed this hotel who looks for value for money. Rooms are OK and cleaned. Towels were changed everyday. The batharoom was quite small. But its OK as per price.
