The staff were extremely helpful and the location was excellent for exploring the arty east side of Paris but also had good transport links to the central attractions The rooms were quite small. We were in a room near the stairs therefore it was quite noisy in the morning. |

I liked nothing. The bed was tiny. Room and hotel was smelly. Internet was dysfunctional. There was no elevator and it was very difficult to carry luggage using tiny stairs. It was loud with poor window glazing. Overall very poor quality for the money I paid. The staff was not friendly at all and didn't care to resolve any issues by giving an excuse that they are here just for 2 hours and get paid hourly and hence they don't care how the hotel is managed. |

I stayed there for five days, bu not as a tourist. the room was not too small, perfect for two persons. just the bathroom was very tiny, but still comfi. The beds were made the floor cleaned. It has 4 metro lines one block away, which was great. the internet connection, one reason why i chose that hotel, was not too good, because my room was on the 5th floor. The most annoying thing was to walk of 5 floors everyday especially with heavy bags, because there was no elevator. |

The downtown was within a very easy reach. Good neighbourhood. The hotel was clean. Rooms were very small and the bathroom was even smaller than the minimum standards (ca. 1.5 squaremetres). We could relax after 10 pm because they started the washing-machines next to the rooms. No elevator and no choice for a room on the first two floors although we booked in a good advance. |

The room was very clean every day, the stuff at the reception is great, the location is very good and i loved the colors of the hotel. The room is a little small, but confortable and if you want a non-smoking room you better ask for it at your booking. No elevator, but you know that cause is in the description of the hotel. |

The hotel was close to the transit station and you can get anywhere in Paris from the station. Pretty good central location for the price. The hotel was small but cozy, the bathroom was super small with a shower that had no curtian or door pretty much just a shower head on the wall and the whole bathroom, toilet and all got wet when you shower! If you have a lot of luggage this probally isnt the hotel for you due to there being no lift and small rooms. |

receptionists were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was pleasant and the location excellent for my purpose. No disappointment at all. only the fact that we had to climb to the 5th floor! No lift. But what do you expect in Paris? in this location, at this price. |

The location is nice - right by a metro stop for multiple lines and the RER; staff was relatively friendly; the bed was comfortable for a two-star hotel If the building is 6 floors, there should be an elevator - dragging luggage up 5+ flights of stairs is a little ridiculous; the bathroom was in disrepair; decor is pretty terrible |

Friendly staff; very helpful and courteous. Clean rooms, good basic service. Cheap breakfast (for Paris) and fast internet access. The rooms looked much bigger in the photographs. The hotel is not as conveniently located as other hotels in the same price range. |
