Staff is very friendly, always with a smile It's a very-very basic hotel. It should have max 2 stars. There is not even a small table in the tiny room. You can only sleep there, that's it. |

Good location - near public transport and supermarket. Friendly and approachable staff. Have to leave key when you go out. Room was a little small and can be a little noisy especially if open the windows. |

The very large bathtub and the large windows that let in the sunshine and lots of natural light! The 24 hour reception service - very handy and instilled a sense of safety for me as a solo female traveller. The staff were very efficient and friendly enough. They accidentally double booked my room and so gave me a more expensive room (one for 4 people rather than a single) as they acknowledged that they had stuffed-up. This was good, although they should take care not to double book in the future. The location of the hotel is excellent - really close to Sacre Coeur, great cafes/restaurants, shopping, metro and even walking distance (although it takes a while, well worth it as there's plenty to discover along the way!) from Notre Dame & Saint Louis! The beds were okay but starting to get a bit old and saggy. I think for the cost of the room I expected the beds to be of better quality. |

The tortoise near the reception. The location was quite good, near the Metro station and Montmartre. The walls and floors are not that thick, and you can hear the loud American neighbours. |

The staff was nice and accomadating and the room was nice but small. Unfortunately the hotel or building next door to where we were staying was under construction, and that construction unfortunately started at 7am every mourning in which we stayed there. |

Staff is very kind, and the hotel is marvellously placed near Pigale and Montmartre (yet quiet area) Be warned, its authentic parisian style greatly diminishes its comfort, from the size of the toilet room to the lack of sound proofing. |

Very friendly staff. Exterior door to hotel locked after 1 AM. Nice main lobby. Great water pressure. Clean room, though very sparse. The lock on the actual hotel room was very minimal; it didn't feel safe. no deadbolt. The shower was quite small and the showerhead kept falling down. |

The hotel is close to 2 metro stations (Anvers and Pigalle) and a safe Vinci Parking (Anvers) where we paid 24€ per day... Nicely located in the neighbourhood of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur... The room was not big, a little old fashioned maybe, but clean and I think we got what we paid for... Very friendly staff... Upon arrival we received a map of Paris with the hotel located on it, so quite... |

Good location, near to Pigalle metro station. Yes, all the plumbing seemed to run via my room so it was very noisy and also the walls were so thin I could hear the people in the next room chatting - thank goodness they were not being 'noisy'. Shower did not have a wall attachment (broken) so wash with one hand. 2 star not 3. |
