Hôtel Champs Élysées Plaza  

The staff were exceptional, the food fantastic and attention to detail was top. It's an intimate hotel where you are made to feel special. I highly recommend it!!

Good sound insulation, a small number of rooms on the floor, Russian speaking staff.

Location was good. The suite was very nice and the spa bath was excellent.

The room service menu was limited. The quality of the food was not up to the standard I was expecting

The only availibility was an excutive suite. They said it was a spacious one. And pictures showed you that it was. Then it turned to be a very small one. Valie for the money is very poor.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, with modern upgrades. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent to nearby shopping. I like the bicycle rack right next to the hotel, unfortunately, all the bikes were taken, but it was a short walk to transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very personalized service by experienced & friendly staff. They helped us in making reservations at restaurants & for taxis etc. Explained patiently all the sight seeing details.

Some equipment in the bathroom wasn't working which wasn't repaired even after complaining.

There were bed bugs and the hotel has no real lobby. When I asked for the coffe in the lobby I had the worst coffe in my life. INternet in the room is impossible and I had to go down to the reception all the time sit there to work on the internet. Complined several tuimes byt they do not care. When I complained about the bed bugs and showed them even the multi stings in my hamds and forehead; they just smiled; we will see they answered.
