The staff were exceptional, the food fantastic and attention to detail was top. It's an intimate hotel where you are made to feel special. I highly recommend it!!

Good sound insulation, a small number of rooms on the floor, Russian speaking staff.

Location was good. The suite was very nice and the spa bath was excellent.

The room service menu was limited. The quality of the food was not up to the standard I was expecting

The only availibility was an excutive suite. They said it was a spacious one. And pictures showed you that it was. Then it turned to be a very small one. Valie for the money is very poor.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, with modern upgrades. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent to nearby shopping. I like the bicycle rack right next to the hotel, unfortunately, all the bikes were taken, but it was a short walk to transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very personalized service by experienced & friendly staff. They helped us in making reservations at restaurants & for taxis etc. Explained patiently all the sight seeing details.

Some equipment in the bathroom wasn't working which wasn't repaired even after complaining.

Nous avons apprécié la courtoisie et la gentillesse du staff de l'hôtel. Le service voiturier très agréable dans la quartier des Champs- Elysées. Les chambres spacieuses, décorées avec raffinement Les prestations culinaires du Room service. Les produits Hermes dans la salle de bains. Le cadeau offert par la direction (produits de beauté et une bougie parfumée très raffinée)

A mes yeux cet hôtel ne présente qu'un seul défaut mais non des moindre : le bruit. Nous occupions la suite 12 au 1er étage située juste au dessus du Lobby. Nous avions l'impression d'être en vacances au dessus d'un hall de gare... Un soir la voix un peu forte d'un client qui discutait dans le hall a couvert le son du poste tv de notre chambre..C'était assez désagréable !! en conclusion le premier étage de cet établissement est à éviter absolument. Les salles de bains, par ailleurs très jolies, sont tout aussi mal insonorisées...si votre voisin prend une douche à minuit..vous le vivrez en live!!! Nous ne pensions pas subir de telles nuisances sonores en réservant dans ce 5 étoiles !!!! ....Enfin, mais c'est un détail, L'éclairage dans les chambres est un peu trop tamisé... cela crée une jolie ambiance mais pour la lecture c'est un peu faible.
