Our entire stay was a disaster!!! Shower didn't work properly and the bathroom floods after a shower. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. After checking in, we decided to go for dinner and upon returning to the hotel after mednight, we discovered that we were locked out of the front door. The bell was not working and no one was at the front desk. |

Nice central location, close to Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, subway station. The interior is nicely decorated. Don't go for the 'special offer'! You'll get a small muggy room next to the entrance, noisy. Window can hardly be opened. Radiator knob in the bathroom was broken off so heating could not be turned off. Airconditioner worked poorly and completely broke down after 1 night. |

The situation of the hotel is really good and the staff is very helpful indeed. They also provide good information on which places are good for visit within Paris. My room was a bit iffy with the ceiling come too low on the bed. One of the curtains was also not in proper condition (it was room no 401 - if you can do something about it). I would have recommended this hotel but now I am thinking twice before doing it. |

The most comfortable room and the closeness to all amenities - the centre of Paris - was easy to get around to the main touristy spots. The staff were very good. Spoke very good English which was brilliant as or French was a bit limited. Thankyou for making us so welcome to your hotel. No bar facility within the hotel - however there are plenty of bars to go and get drinks - there were wine glasses in the room and a corkscrew - shop down the road - supermarket sold wine so no problems. |

The comfort of the room and nice service from hotel staff, and also the strategic location of the hotel. There is no complimentary water, thats all. |

The staff were brilliant, really friendly and great help. The location was perfect; the price was an absolute bargain for the location and the comfort. Had a great experience. Really impressed!! |

Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome. Would recomend this hotel to everyone! Definately staying there again. A++ |

Definitely the fact that I spent a night in a 4 star palace for the price of a B&B ... Too bad it's not every day :) |

It had been recently renovated and was clean and new looking. The staff were all very helpful and very efficient. However, is this really a 4 star hotel? 1.No hairdryer. 2. Four light bulbs were broken, when I told the hotel staff 3 were fixed immediately and the 1 above the bathroom basin was still broken when I left. 3. The roman blind curtains on the windows could not be opened as the cords were broken. 4.I paid for a deluxe single, was this infact a deluxe single? 5. The soap dispenser and cotton wool holder were empty. 6. No shower curtain. |

We love the hotel. It is charming, convenient, and worth the money. The rooms are great and the breakfast outstanding. Our second visit in seven years. |
