The hotel is at an excellent central location whilst retaining reasonable prices at a decent quality. Breakfast was overpriced at € 22, so we simply went round the corner to a small cafe & had coffee & croissants at € 5. |

I asked to book a taxi for the airport. The hotel staff ordered the airport limousine which costs twice as much as a regular taxi- I did not really appreciate. I lived in Paris 10 years and can't be screwed so easily ! |

Definetly the calm and perfect location. Also the "old fashion" french design. the hotel was in a sort of renovation, this didn't really disturb our stay but it probably explains the rate at this time. Hotels should still indicate this has it can be negativ |

Last minute business took me to Paris and the hotel was an absolutely wonderful surprise! The hotel is located right off the Champs-Elysees which is why I selected it and the price was a steal since I booked at the last minute. I stayed in room 10 which has an old fashioned bathtub with fixtures in the room (not the bathroom). Lovely and elegant furnishings. Very confortatble & charming. Highly recommend . |

The hotel was very quiet and the staff were so hospitable and nice and very helpful The room was very small, and the furniture was very old style. It was Nov, yet I wanted to have AC cooling, but the room was always hot, even with the heating turned off. |

The room was beautifully decorated and really roomy for a single. The hotel stated that it offered an airport shuttle - this is not true. |

Exceptional hospitality of the hotel management, who was extremely friendly and helpful, solving our problems before we could even notice them. I also liked our cozy, beautiful and rather big room, where we really liked to spend time, not only to sleep, as it often happens with hotels. And the entire hotel is beautiful too!!! I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family, we had a great time there! |

The Hotel is fairly priced, close to Champs Elysees, staff are very cooperative and friendly. We extended our stay and cancelled another booking in another hotel, just because it was a very good value for money. |

I liked the free internet access and the location,in the heart of the city, very accessable to many famous places and great for shopping. The hotel staffs were nice and professional.(we requested some things, then they efficiently responded with action) The door of the bathroom was broken and was left that way even it seemed easily fixable. The location is very convinient but not the safest. The price is ok for this location but not for the hotel quiality itself. The bed was small,we were ok since we were 2 female but maybe for guys,it could be too small. |

Great location, stylish 19th century look. Reasonable price for the area. Not 4 stars for sure. Very small room, bad sound-proofing (no double glased windows). Breakfast rather expensive. Bathroom door did not close well. |

Our entire stay was a disaster!!! Shower didn't work properly and the bathroom floods after a shower. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. After checking in, we decided to go for dinner and upon returning to the hotel after mednight, we discovered that we were locked out of the front door. The bell was not working and no one was at the front desk. |

Nice central location, close to Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, subway station. The interior is nicely decorated. Don't go for the 'special offer'! You'll get a small muggy room next to the entrance, noisy. Window can hardly be opened. Radiator knob in the bathroom was broken off so heating could not be turned off. Airconditioner worked poorly and completely broke down after 1 night. |

The situation of the hotel is really good and the staff is very helpful indeed. They also provide good information on which places are good for visit within Paris. My room was a bit iffy with the ceiling come too low on the bed. One of the curtains was also not in proper condition (it was room no 401 - if you can do something about it). I would have recommended this hotel but now I am thinking twice before doing it. |
