The location is excellent and the internet which was high speed and free

This hotel should be at the level of 2 stars only. The rooms are very tight. I spent the 1st night in very bad room.it was too small.there was very small,unsuitable area for dressings and its door can not be closed.Mr.Mammoda at the reception was rude and helpless.His job is to give the door card only as he said.Other staff were nice.Next day,they changed my room but again tight,no safe box nor minibar.the door of the bathroom was broken. The surface of the table inside the room was abraded which need painting. At the night time only one person at the hotel to do everything.

Staff at reception was very friendly indeed. There were beautiful flower arrangements everywhere.

The rooms were rather dark. You have to hand-hold the shower, which makes washing your hair difficult. There weren't enough tables in the breakfast room to cater for everybody during the morning rush-hour.

Beautiful hotel, cosy and spacious room (rear in Paris), great value for money at least with our deal through booking. Very close to main sightseeings. Would definetely stay there next time in Paris. Good WiFi speed.

I paid for Double Deluxe Room and I have been offered a double room for the first night. Beside, I found a cockroach in my room. So at the end of my stay I had a discount of 40 euro of the Parking charge.

They didn't mention that the bathroom was actually in the same room as the bed... That was horrible!

Spacious (by Paris standards), comfortable, beautiful room with large windows; very hospitable and helpful front desk staff; fantastic location one block from Champs Elysee and the George v Metro station.

Bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup. A small writing desk would have been helpful.

Location is great. Staff very nice and helpful. Fairly comfortable and a good place to organise business meetings in the lobby as well.

Although it was free, the internet was not working. At moments, the place was a little noisy

The most I like is the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

What I don't like is that there was no coffee maker in the room

Walking distance from all the key places for a short visit to Paris. Superb Free WiFi throughout the hotel which is vital for anybody these days.

Plumbing wasn't great and the design of the bathrooms need updating but it all works and is still clean. Breakfast was very basic, just croissants and just with coffee which was perfect but I doubt you'd get anything cooked. I was given a small fruit salad when I asked for it. I think room is not their thing although they claim to offer it. If you order anything you need to remind them!
