George hjälpte till med parkering i annan parkeringshus vid ankomst. mycket bra service generellt. inget kaffe på hotellrummet. frukost var inte värd pengarna. nattpersonal mindre hjälpsam |

Excellent location, just a minute from the Champs Elysee. Stylish Interior Decor and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent food. Free fast Wi-fi and Entertainment. |

Great location. Safe and clean. Acceptable room size compared with other hotels in Paris at this rate. Suggest to book it through booking.com rather than book it at Paris railway station, which can get cheaper price for your cost effectiveness. For my experience, euro58 for first night and 118 for second night; king-size. But another couple paid euro75 for first night and 150 for second night (king-size also) because they booked it at Paris railway station. Simple equipment within the apartment but acceptable. |

the decoration, the location. overheated, service a bit slow, had to ask 3 times for the fridge and the tv to be repared, tv done but fridge had to wait till next day. |

The hotel is newly renovated, great traditional design, friendly staff, comfortable bed... nothing to complain about The room was a little bit small but for the price I paid it was still great value for money |

Parking can be booked online but only 4 places available so no guarantee you get a spot so good luck finding one in the middle of Paris! Room was beautiful but right behind reception = unacceptable! Noisy, no privacy!!! Terrible! Make sure they do not give you room 20!!! |

the location was perfect, the room was nice and the staff realy realy helpfull. the first room they give me had proplem with the bathroom but they changed it for me to a biger room becouse they hadn't the same room i booked so they had to do this but that toke me along time to confense them. |

The hotel is at an excellent central location whilst retaining reasonable prices at a decent quality. Breakfast was overpriced at € 22, so we simply went round the corner to a small cafe & had coffee & croissants at € 5. |

I asked to book a taxi for the airport. The hotel staff ordered the airport limousine which costs twice as much as a regular taxi- I did not really appreciate. I lived in Paris 10 years and can't be screwed so easily ! |

The hotel was well located on a quiet street close to Champs Elysees, was nicely furnished and very clean.The room was a decent size. It was a little expensive. |

Definetly the calm and perfect location. Also the "old fashion" french design. the hotel was in a sort of renovation, this didn't really disturb our stay but it probably explains the rate at this time. Hotels should still indicate this has it can be negativ |

Last minute business took me to Paris and the hotel was an absolutely wonderful surprise! The hotel is located right off the Champs-Elysees which is why I selected it and the price was a steal since I booked at the last minute. I stayed in room 10 which has an old fashioned bathtub with fixtures in the room (not the bathroom). Lovely and elegant furnishings. Very confortatble & charming. Highly recommend . |

The hotel was very quiet and the staff were so hospitable and nice and very helpful The room was very small, and the furniture was very old style. It was Nov, yet I wanted to have AC cooling, but the room was always hot, even with the heating turned off. |

The room was beautifully decorated and really roomy for a single. The hotel stated that it offered an airport shuttle - this is not true. |
