It was close to tram

The breakast, for 6 euros you got bread and a coffee that's ridiculous.The sstaff was not friendly if you didn't speak French you were ignored. They changed the rate after I checked in and was charged currently I am reporting the hotel.

The best bits for me was the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the memory foam bed!

The room was warm, the breakfast was very good and generous, very close to the metro station, 2 stops from Gare Montparnasse.

The first day the breakfast was not existing, very bad overall because I had asked for it.

The elevator was very small.

It was the only Hotel you could pay in this area. The room and bath were o.k. For a single man no problem. But there is no comfort. Therefore, I would not go there on honeymoon. It is on a main street, but it was not too loud.

Very close to the public transports (metro, bus), and in a good position. Friendly and kind staff. The rooms are very silent and the bathroom clean.

Not so new in the furnitures of the rooms

- Excellent location: 5 minutes walk from metro-station Alésia where you can take line 4, which takes you to the centre in less than 10 minutes. Shops, bistroes and supermarkets just around the corner. - Room and bathroom was clean. - Staff was friendly and helpful. - Free WiFi

- Rooms were very simple and bed was slightly uncomfortable (which should not be a problem if you walked all day - I just fell right asleep).

The bathroom was decent and recently remodeled, and they were remodeling the outside. Or, at least, there was scaffolding.

Another hotel with non working phones and reason. At least there was a phone out on the sidewalk. But, I forgot to mention that the front desk is not on the rez de chaussez (the street you walk in on), it's up one flight of stairs, and there isn't an elevator until you get on that floor. The first young man did not help us with our luggage at all that we had to drag up two flights of stairs and wanted to know why we had so much luggage. The gentleman in the morning did help get our bags down to the street.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was great value for money

Except for the smell I mention below, the room was ok. But the smell ruined all the impression...

I had room number 22. Very strange and unpleasant smell. Sort of a chemical purifier? Or a diluent?

They did not provide the minimum that is expected - soap bar, shampoo. I found bugs in the room -discussting! My reservation was for two nights - I could only stay one because of the poor service and facilities. While trying to check out after my first night, they threatened me with charging for two nights. Obviously, this is what my credit card reflects, which is very unfair - it is an abuse.

Stay away from this hotel!

I was surprised: the price was very reasonable and we received more for this price than we expected. I stayed several times in Paris for higher price with worse service than here in Chatillon.

The bathroom was newly renovated, clean and the wc was separate from it.

Je n'ai rien apprécié, je regrette d'y avoir séjourné.

Personnel en retard à l'accueil (attente de 20 min). Le fais de payer les taxes alors qu'elles étaient compris dans le prix. Attendre la fin de notre séjour pour récupérer notre monnaie. Une serviette de bain alors que nous étions 2 personnes (pas de serviettes pour les mains ou le visage). Beaucoup de scotch sur le papier peint. Un ascenseur ridicule. Pas de télécommande.

房门的锁是老式的，容易忘了拔卡;无线网络的信号在房间内不容易找到。
