Good location right next to Bercy metro and train station. Nice modern bathroom

- The only way to charge your mobile phone or laptop is by unplugging the tv (high on the wall). - Horrible coffee at breakfast. - Room not very clean, dirty carpet.

1, They were very difficult about my credit cards before arrival as their own company rejected one debit and one credit card for no good reason. Both cards were well funded and had been used by mee without problems shortly before they had there supposed problem 2. when I rrived i paid in full on the first card that they had previously rejected 3. When I wqas leaving in the morning the receptionist said I had not paid and tried to get me to pay again but I wqs able to show here the credit card slip which she then photocopied. 4.the room was ok for size but its low roof beams meant iI had to wallk about with a stoop. 5. the room was too warm, noisy being located close to the station and smelt of stale cigarette smoke 6. I may have left my wedding ring there , so have emailed but got no reply so far

Clean rooms! Small and cosy. Small design details. Nicely designed rooms to the buildings shape and form.

No extras such as an iron. Doors in hotel are not so sound insulated. Service telephone heard from rooms by the lift.

Close to Gare de Lyon. The room had windows opening on to a garden.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the proximity to the Gare de Bercy and the Gare de Lyon, the excellent bistrot and the comfortable and well-equipped room.

It was clean and handy to the metro.

No air conditioning so the room got very hot

A former coaching inn, now right up to date with facilities. Quirky style in bedrooms and with lovely views over an internal large courtyard. The whole area was 'buzzing' with cafes, resturants and live music. Loads of individual designer shops to explore and the metro literally on the doorstep for accessing central Paris. (5-10 minutes) a sense of the 'real' Paris. (And of course, suberbly situated for Bercy Auto-Train)

Bed was comfortable, there was a proper bath which was nice and the bathroom was generally good, Staff managed to find an Iron and board for me to use which is sometimes unusual in France.

Room was small as was desk making work difficult, limited television channels, breakfast was the worst that I have ever experienced in a hotel even a Paris one!

Manque distributeur de boissons ou autres, car le dimanche soir tout était fermé.... Impossible de boire et manger...

La proximité avec la gare de Paris Bercy!

avons passé 1 nuit pour un concert court, chbre excellente calme propre très confortable, ptit déj copieux varié, vue/jardin super personnel accueillant, serviable un très bon moment, ns reviendrons.

peut-être la déco?? de l'entrée avec 3 pans de rideau un peu!!!

パソコンがなく、インターネット利用を申し込むと、「接続できない。１時間後にフロントのパソコンを使って- いい」と言われたが、１時間後行くとにそんなことを言ったことを忘れたかのような態度で「接続できない」の- 一言。

Pour le prix de la chambre avoir des draps de lits troués prise de courant qui pendait au sol très dangereux et le personnel du petit- déjeuner pas sympa du tout...

-Ne pas pouvoir retirer du liquide à l'hôtel et devoir aller un peu loin pour trouver un bancomat - connection Wi-Fi ne marche pas correctement
