good location. excellent breakfast. really good value
no air con
The price was good. I stayed there twice and got the room for 89Euros for 2 persons both the time. Provided a decent breakfast that was inclusive in the cost. Very close to main train station Gary du Lyon. Just located by the side of Bercy metro station.
Rooms are very small, but that is a trend in Paris. The main road facing rooms are noisy at night because of cars rushing by. The summers may be little hot as the room does not have Air conditioning. It has only heating.
It was great. The hotel is nicely located with the good French feel to it. The staff was very helpful. Overall I recommend the hotel claret.
The only bad side was that our room had a little smell. (Smell of old)
Close proximity to Gare de Bercy and easy access to restaurants and bars.
Hot with no air conditioning
Location is really good & convenient.
The hotel was really good value. The guy on reception when we arrived was really helpful in showing us how to get to the carpark to park our car overnight. The hotel even let us leave the car in their carpark while we did a quick tool of Paris before we left for the next city on our trip. The metro stop is just outside the hotel and the breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris.
Very quiet area, central, good value for money.
service, room, beds, wifi was not working.
convenience for metro. Hotel had own carpark at a reasonable price for Paris
Noisy at night if window open. A bit scruffy
The room was very clean and cozy, the hotel is renovated. Internet works well, breakfast is quite rich. The staff speaks perfect english. There is an elevator, and a train station just at the entrance. Close to Bercy nice cafe and entertainment area. Booking.com fee is cheaper than the hotel price - very recommended.
The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that the doors are very thin - I could hear the alarm clock of the neighbor, the cleaning lady knocking on his door and any little piece of conversation in the other room. Stayed in room 202.
It is a very nice little hotel good for a week-end stay in Paris.
Convenient location, next to Metro station and a 3-minute walk to Bercy train and coach station (perfect for traveling to London by IDBus). Staff very helpful. Breakfast had no hot dishes but nevertheless satisfying, with plenty of fresh baguettes and croissants. Renovated bathroom with amazing water pressure!
Two drawbacks: no fridge in room (the hotel staff was very helpful about storing our milk in the lobby fridge) and only one power socket in room (we had two smartphones and a tablet to charge every night and we had to get up in the middle of the night to switch. Again, help offered by reception but not convenient to have your phone away from your room when you're abroad). Don't know if I would stay there again if these issues are not attended to and it's a pity because everything else was perfect:)
Poor breakfast funnt smell on the corridors
I have known this hotel for 30 years and it has always come up to expectations
our stay in the Hotel claret was a lovely experience!!The staff was really helpful and friendly, room was clean and cosy and the breakfast was great!!! trust me our journey in Paris was amazing. thanks hotel claret!
Good size room and bathroom. Close to train station.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Room on the side of the garden was very peaceful.
Value for money, especially in the period I stayed. Elevator is very, very slow!
I liked the location, very close to the train station and the subway : practical. Lot of nice restaurants nearby
The reality didn't look like the pictures online, taking a picture of a small room with a wide focal isn't fair... While on the toilet, I had my face in the sink : don't be fat! Also there was no bathtub : it was written on the room facilities.
Location, staff, breakfast all excellent!
Elevator extremely small, hallways very skinny ( I understand these cannot be helped, but customers should be aware) large people or large bags may be difficult to maneuver.
THE GOOD POINTS AS ABOVE. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR CONSTANT NOISE NOISE.
WE WERE SURPRISED TO FIND NO TEA-MAKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. HENCE FAIR. I THINK THE FIRST LOGIS HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN WITHOUT THIS NORMAL BENEFIT! PLEASE RECTIFY.
I liked that they spoke English well, could give directions, and provided a good breakfast.
My bed wasn't made the first day and it was a bit unkept.
Hotel was located close to my meeting and was close to metro
Room was very small, very outdated and worn. The road outside was extremely loud. Heat could not be turned off, so room was really hot
The location was great, only a few stops away from all the sites that we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This website doesn't tell you this but you need to call in advance if you are planning on using their parking. The only have three parking slots available and when we got there, they were all taken. We were told that we had to find parking else where. Also, the facility wasn't clean, the pictures of the hotel room are not what you get. Our room was extremly small and old. The shower was tiny and we had to hold the shower head in order to take a shower (shower head was not mounted). The rooms are not soundproof, I was able to hear our neighbor late at night.
Staff are nice, good location
Quite old. Room is small, Bad breakfast
Nice and friendly staff at the front desk, especially Antonio from the restaurant. Also the bed was pretty confortable.
The elevator is old and dirty, spider webs everywhere, even in the restaurant area. Hair in the bathtub. Smell on the corridor. Need I say more? But this is what you get for the price. In the end, it's a 3* hotel.
