Comfortable and clean hotel, not too far away from the centre. The computer downstairs was not working so it was not possible to have internet access. |

Disliked wall-to-wall carpets, plus the fact that the room was not well cleaned. Better cleaning after complaining, but not satisfactory. We moved after one night. |

La salle du petit déjeuner au dernier étage laisse entrevoir une jolie vue sur Bordeaux... à la vue des tarifs qui sont ceux d'un trois étoiles, l'hôtel mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement de ses chambres |

Situation proche du centre et des quais .La propreté impeccable .Le choix proposé au petit-déjeuner .L'équipement de la chambre . Contacts avec la réception : un peu froids .De façon incidentelle : l'organisation d'une soirée dansante au 7e étage (ma chambre était au 6e) : vacarme jusque 2h du matin . Ce point est pour moi inadmissible . |
