Location Noisy, big but not cozy room. Terrible noise of an old elevator right behind our bed. Couldn't sleep well.

The room was large well equipped and comfortable and the staff were efficient and pleasant We knew that there were no restaurant facilities at weekends before we arrived but it felt like a disadvantage on first arrival after a long journey

The hotel was in a prime location. We stayed here after a day trip to St. Emilion and were excited to be in a nice hotel. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were very worn. As well, the following morning, a crew of workers came to work on the hotel and took over the hallway (maybe to renovate?) it, with work starting first thing in the morning immediate in front on our room and down the hallway. The room itself was great, and in clean, good condition. We ate downstairs at the hotel restaurant, which I cannot recommend. Both my wife and I had dishes that were absolutely dreadful. I am not the type to complain about my food. I do not send food back, so please trust me when I suggest avoiding the restaurant.

This is a typical Mercure which is not very stimulating, however close to the centre (10 min walk to grand theatre) and has a parking lot underneath the hotel The room was perfectly ok, but had no soul.....

det ända bra på Mercure var utsikten från frukostrummet - dålig service, brukar inte klaga men varje dag var det något som inte funka. - personalens attityd, något som inte fungera, inte mitt problem - dålig luft ! gick inte att öppna fönster och AC / luftsystem klara inte av att hålla kvaliten av luften.

Pas grande chose, l'entrée peut être La fenêtre est condamné, chambre standard petite et impossibilité de changer, pas facile d'accéder à l'hôtel en voiture, j'ai dû appeler, le parking est cher à côté, il faut trouver une place dans ce parking labyrinthe et traverser la place, si on 'est chargé ce n'est pratique ...

Belle gentillesse du personnel, chambre très propre, très calme, literie confortable, douche italienne agréable, petit déjeuner très correct. Proximité immédiate du tramway. Petit coffre dans la chambre. Wi-Fi gratuit. Coût du parking non inclus, ce qui fait que malgré la qualité et le confort le coût total reste quand même élevé, rien de pratique pour poser/ouvrir sa valise, et peu de choix au restaurant.

l'emplacement à quelques pas du quai des Chartrons la déco sobre et actuelle la douche à l'italienne l'accueil la vétusté de la reception la petite taille du lit la fausse fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas la clim qui ne fonctionne pas et la chambre surchauffée ( en avril...)

Het uitzicht op het dak over de stad was mooi. Daarnaast had ik een zakelijk bezoek aan Bordeaux en was een bed en ontbijt genoeg. Het viel wat tegen om het hotel te vinden. Het zit in een zijstraat of een soort inham. Ik was er eerst voorbij gelopen.

J'ai aimé son emplacement proximité centre .Le design des chambres et circulations .La surface de la chambre . Parking en sous sol . Le comptoir " accueil " est un peu "vieillot" en rapport des chambres qui ont été rénovées , un certain décalage entre les 2 .
