The location and the price
Facilities a bit sparse - no iron available which was not helpful!
Extremely quiet room on 6th floor with a great view over the roofs of the river and city Comfortable beds and very clean and spacious room Extra internal door between bedroom and corridor keeps noise out Complimentary bottle of mineral water in mini fridge on arrival Convenient stop near hotel for tram ride into centre Charming neighbourhood of Chartrons just behind hotel has interesting shops and restaurants and is not on the tourist trail
The room, breakfast, very near to best attractions, close to the place of congres
Even if I put the sign "Do not disturb" they cleaned the room anyway..
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the position of the hotel was excellent.
Not enough choice of cooked breakfast available for the money.
Location was great, walking distance to lots of things. Breakfast was great, although quite expensive,..it was about 20% of the cost of the room added on.
We arrived from overseas starving and found the restaurant out of everything they had except some veal that had a wonderful sauce but was inedibly tough.
Location, quality of rooms, value
Close to City Centre, comfortable 10 minute walk. Trams stop 50mtr from Hotel. Good restaurants close by
Air conditioning, impossible to sleep because room too warm. Layout of breakfast room far too small for the amount of guests. People always waiting for either utensils or food. Management conspicuous by their absence
Location was perfect for us. A five minute walk into the city centre, and the same for the lovely park at the back of the hotel. Next to the river, where the Sunday food market is a must. Breakfast was great, typically French. The staff were very kind and courteous.
The situation, room and breakfast were all excellent. Hotel is only one minutes walk from the tram and only one stop from the centre and access to Route 1 bus for the airport. Breakfast on the 7th floor is a beautiful location and there is access out from there to a roof top terrace for lovely views.
The only dislike was the inability to open the windows for fresh air.
The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Rooms were nice and clean, staff good and good breakfast on the seventh floor overlooking the river.
Good sized room Close to city centre
The view from the room was the stair-well of the conference centre
Hotel pre authorised a nights accommodation on my credit card and whilst I paid the account in full the pre authorised funds have not been credited back to my card which caused many problems. This was 24 days ago
Very large, comfortable and quiet bedroom Quiet location near river and contemporary art gallery Short and pleasant riverside walk into city centre
Breakfast rather expensive although served in attractive rooftop room so we had breakfast out
The hotel is situated just off the river road and close to a tram station servicing the Centre. Flat fare of 1.5€. Hotel quiet and spotlessly clean. Rooms quite spacious and well furnished - again spotless. Staff friendly and welcoming and most spoke reasonable English (a bonus) A quality hotel in all respects. Very modern and in imposing surroundings. Rooms rely on air conditioning only. 2 lifts/elevators service all floors. In all, a convenient and well cared for hotel. There is also a restaurant off the foyer serving a limited menu. Check opening times.
Vertigo sufferers be warned. The rooms start on the 4th floor and the breakfast room is on the 7th with a balcony. We declined breakfast as I don't like heights. A note to over 60's - we were informed at checkout that breakfast would have been free. A nice touch as breakfast is quite expensive. (Information rather limited). Large flat screen TV in room, but English speaking programmes confined to news channels only. Courtesy tray most welcome, but only had paper cups. A bit cheap, I thought.
room window can not open
I liked the close proximity to the city for shopping, restaurants, etc. The 'privilege' rooms were excellent with big double bed, wifi, iPod player, etc. Bathroom was clean and nice shower, with supplied dressing gown and slippers.
I think the bar and room service finished too early at 10:00pm. Should be at least midnight really.
lack of fresh air in room
Great location in interesting neighbourhood, close to the waterfront, tram stop and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Excellent breakfast in restaurant with fabulous view of the river.
Facilities were fine but nothing stood out in particular. Location was good at very close to CAPC tram station. Slight strangeness to location as in middle of conference complex so very quiet. But did mean had very quiet at night so easy to sleep.
Comfort of the standard hotel - you know what you are getting at the Mecure. Excellent breakfast (wasn't included in the price) and the view from the rooftop was amazing. Mostly friendly staff
Day time staff very average. Check in took 2 minutes with no further information. I asked a couple of questions but received very short responses. Unlike other hotels that greet you warmly and make you feel welcome. However night time lady was lovely.
The rooms were very spacious and well designed. Comfortable bed, nice colour scheme, great bathroom
Hallways a bit dark until lightcame on - automatically.
We had to move rooms as the electrics didn't work. When moved we realised my wife's cardigan was left in the previous room. When we asked the staff said it wasn't there. Can only assume the cleaners took it.
Good location. Few minutes walk to river, tram stop and restaurants. Hotel very modern and impersonal but very clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast in rooftop dining room. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel with tables to sit at to enjoy a drink
Reason we chose this hotel was because it had outside terrace area and my husband likes to smoke. However, most of the time the door was locked which was annoying. Fortunately he was able to sit outside at the bar area
Very comfortable room, good location, nice breakfast terrace
Carpet colours, far too colourful. Lobby toilet was broken.
-Great staff, great service. -Nice location. -Breakfast on the roof terrace was amazing: beautiful view and very good food.
