The price. Free parking. Good value for the price. The pillows, only one each. Booked a twin & got a double. The shower/toilet was like a cupboard - but ok if the extractor fan had been working, which was not. |

Le personnel et le déjeuner Chambre très sale, la propreté laisse à désirer. La douche n'est pas bien réglée , un coup chaud un coup froid sans toucher le bouton. |

la proximite de la ville tres bruyant... pret d un lit bebe mais sans draps ni couvertures ni oreiller, douche tres petite avec toilette qui sont mouillees quand on a pris la douche, reglage de la temperature de l eau tres difficile tres chaud ou tres froid et sans prssion... |

J'ai bien apprécié la situation géographique. En effet, nous avons bien profité tant des ballades en montagne que des visites des villages alsaciens et bien sûr colmar, magnifique !! J'ai été étonné de la vétusté des chambres : la porte de la cabine de douche est cassée, la cabine est encrassée et rouillée, le premier soir nous sentions des odeurs de tabac provenant de cette cabine. Il reste des tâches sur les murs près du lavabo. Nous étions dans la chambre 49. |

A vrai dire , à part sa situation géographique privilégiée, pas grand chose... La propreté, la vétusté, l'humidité, la télévision en panne et sans télécommande, les meubles sérieusement dégradés, les bouchons de cannettes de bieres qui trainaient par terre....C'est beaucoup quand même... |

gute Lage, bei der Ankunft wurde Deutsch gesprochen, gute Auswahl an Getränken zum Frühstück- durch Selbstbedienung stressfrei und angenehm fehlender Duschvorhang, nicht schließendes Türschloss an der Toilette,keine Übergardine am Fenster-gute Einsicht ins Zimmer,nicht funktionierendes Rollo, fehlende Handtücher für den zweiten Besucher am Ankunftstag (wurden auf Ansprache bereitgestellt am Tag danach) |

El cuarto de baño deja mucho que desear. El hecho de tener la ducha metida en el inodoro, es algo ademas de impactante, no demasido agradable. Si llegas antes de las 17:00 horas la recepcion esta cerrada. |
