The hotel is situated near the largest shopping street of Nice and its daily market. It leads directly to the 'Promenade des Anglais', the pedestrian zone, the old town and the beach. The rooms all have a private bathroom as well as a basic but modern and clean decor. The Comte de Nice is a non smoking hotel with only a few smoking rooms. Requests for those have to be marked on the reservation (non-binding customer request). A breakfast buffet is served (7.00 eur) each morning and all rooms come with satellite tv. For your convenience, the hotel offers private underground parking (with a fee of 12 Euros per night). There is a 24-hour reception desk with change and fax service.
