Exactly as described on the tin. Clean well run hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. The internet access did not work. The staff were not able to help with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean. Internet access is free even if you don't bring your own computer. Facilities are basic. The stopper in the Bath tub did not work. Once it was in position to hold the water I was not able to unstop it.

The best thing about this hotel for us was the location as we were attending the Rock en Seine festival which was within walking distance. The hotel was pretty basic but was clean and had all the facilities we needed, I had ordered a bottle of champagne to be in our room for arrival which didn't materialise which was annoying.

Internet connec tion is very bad, worst than in the beginning of the internet in the 90'S. Settings have to be make that don't allow non only the sending of e-mails but nor the receiving of e-mails. Links with different sites is too much long, unstable with frequent disruptions, impossibility to connect with a site. Coming back to home or to the office we have to think on the changes made on the internet connection settings to erase them and then be connected with the usual networks. Hotel direction says this is a method to preserve clients security, but this is not true.

Possibilité de parking fermé, situation géographique dans St Cloud avec restaurant autour (il faut aimer le japonais), le personnel serviable Le petit dejeuner, la taille des chambres et le manque d'insonorisation des portes des chambres (on entend tout ce qui se passe ds les couloirs et vice versa).
