I like the proximity to the beach and the swimminpool bar. Laundry services and food are a bit expensive. |

Roof top pool was a great plus. The food and drinks were very expensive and the actual room itself, although quite a good size, was dated. |

Large comfortable rooms It's situation requires a long walk uphill whether returning from town or beach. Cost of buffet breakfast is far to expensive at 23 euro. Small bottle of water in the mini-bar costs 5 euro. |

Nothing We stayed here because we thought we could count on Radisson sas qyality. Wrong! This room cost us 325 euro per nite, equal to more than $425 usd. It has not been renovated in over 20 yrs and looks like a Holiday inn. Curtains did not work & sun woke us at 6am! Carpet stained. Would not recommend until renovated. |

The roof terrace was nice. The first room we were sent to had a fumigator in it and a half made spare bed which i had not requested. When the fumigator was eventually taken away and the Acrid fumes from it cleared, the room stank really badly of Urine and we had to ask to be moved. The automatic mini-bar charges for things you touch. |

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were incredibly nice and efficient. The room was nice and big and the bathroom was very nice also. Slightly spicy smell in the room was a little off putting but this really wasnt a big issue. |

Central location, large room, good car parking, reasonable facilities in the room No-one came out to greet us and offer to help with luggage. The restaurant was poor for an upmarket hotel and this is probably why we saw no-one in there any evening. |

The location of the hotel, very central and easy to get around Biarritz from this as a base. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop pool was a bonus! The minibar prices (given also the current exchange rate) were rather high also the price of breakfast seemed equally high. It did not in anyway spoil our visit though and we were really pleased with it. |

The reception staff on duty when we arrived were very helpful; they parked my car and provided maps of the town. The food was very disappointing and overpriced. |

Tout les différents équipements dans la chambre: petit salon, grand lit, seche cheveux, moquette nickelle... Sous le lavabo, le meuble n'est pas terminé et on voit un trou. La salle de bain n'est pas très moderne, les meubles de la chambres sont un peu "usés". |

Un hotel très agréable, très bien situé, très calme. Un accueil très attentif, et un restaurant de l'hotel tout à fait recommandable lui aussi! J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour! Une seule petite chose à regretter : une couette bien trop chaude! |

Достаточно просто найти при въезде в город. Очень удобно начинать сомостоятельный обзор всего побережья Биарриц. Слева направо, проходя по красивому скалистому берегу. Отлично для отдыха ночью-тихо. Красивый вид из окон расположенных к океану.Рядом с отелем прекрасный фитнес-центр и СПА салон . |

La discrétion du personnel, leur amabilité. De plus les chambres sont spatieuses. Sa situation géographique car nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture. Sa terrasse et piscine sont un plus très agréable Suite à mon départ j'ai oublié un jean's dans la chambre j'ai téléphoné deux fois le jour même personne a pu me renseigner; du coup j'ai ce petit côté négatif en tête. Pour le prix du séjour on mérite un peu de délicatesse par exemple me le renvoyer par la poste même à mes frais |
