This is a lovely hotel and the staff were incredibly nice and efficient. The room was nice and big and the bathroom was very nice also. Slightly spicy smell in the room was a little off putting but this really wasnt a big issue. |

Central location, large room, good car parking, reasonable facilities in the room No-one came out to greet us and offer to help with luggage. The restaurant was poor for an upmarket hotel and this is probably why we saw no-one in there any evening. |

The location of the hotel, very central and easy to get around Biarritz from this as a base. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop pool was a bonus! The minibar prices (given also the current exchange rate) were rather high also the price of breakfast seemed equally high. It did not in anyway spoil our visit though and we were really pleased with it. |

The reception staff on duty when we arrived were very helpful; they parked my car and provided maps of the town. The food was very disappointing and overpriced. |

Excellent attitude of hotel staff, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Near the sea. It is really beautiful landscape that you'll enjoy from the rooms with sea view, also city view room are very nice. High level's hotel.With pleasure I will choose this hotel next time and I recommend it to all who will stay in Biarritz |

Got a decent rate, so it was value for money. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff helpful. Easy 10-15 minute walk down into the centre of town. |

welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive |

The bed and pillows!!! The hotel was lovely, however, the price of the room was ridiculous (€200 per night for a city a view). When we arrived at 2pm there was no such room available so we politley requested a room asap and ended up with a gorgeous sea view room which had been advertised online for €798 for 2 nights!! |

breakfast options, service (one touch) room service options too limited, internet ethernet + business center not working (had to pay for wireless and even this service was having technical malfunctions), impossible to book appointments at spa even for hamman (no priority spaces left open for hotel guests???), television options terribly limited, pay per view options expensive and awful selection (!!!), bad tv screen and sound quality |

Bien situado, confortable, agradable piscina climatizada en el ático, con bar y cafetería e impresionantes vistas al mar. Habitación luminosa y silenciosa. Personal atento y amable. Recomendable. Sólo nos incomodó los gritos de algunos niños en la piscina. No pueden entrar sin sus padres, con lo cual, debería advertirse a los padres que controlen un poco el tema. |
