Staff were very helpful. Room and bed good Dinner very overpriced for what we got. Send back mine to heat it but that couldnt be done, got plain spagetti instead at €10 really a rip off. Iwasnt the fault of the staff. Plain iced water should have been offered instead of charging €7:50 for bottled. Breakfast very overpriced

It was not up to a 4 star standard hotel. Staff only answered questions asked, never offered any info, no city map, where to eat, visit etc. They did not accomodate leisure traveler. Had a room for 3 people, had to ask for a third set of towels, everyday, had to ask, also for more soap..... Tiles off the 4th floor elevator were loose just not a good experience and definately not worth the money

The comfort of the rooms and access to a spa/fitness. Location was also excellent. The massage I got was advertised as "deep tissue", but was more like a swedish. It was excellent, but maybe how the massages are advertised should be reevaluated.

The hotelnticked all the boxes for us the room had everything that we would like to have in a hotel The upgraded room that we had was at the front of the hotel with a sea view but every morning we were woken by the delivery men!

The pool was good. I change my room 2 times, frst room was in the 0 floor and we hade a view for one wall, by 2 times I was in the reception to change my room, and after that they change me to the 2nd floor. The second room was good but the room stinks. We stay one night but it was enough, the day next we change again and again the room stinks, but in this trird room the windows are open, and smmel a litte beter.. Sorry about my bad english.

The view from the roof-top terrace was amazing. Rooms were sub-standard with strange furnishing and colour schemes. Sea view (40 Euro extra) consisted mostly of buildings across the road with a little bit of sea between. Food was almost inedible and very expensive.

Rooftop pool, with great views. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as hoped so we couldn't make full use of facilities. The fitness suite was also a bonus. I booked the hotel through your site, for a special advance purchase price of £99. However on checkout I was given a receipt showing I had actually been charged €144. I feel very disappointed with this, and would make me less inclined to recommend you to friends.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the sea view spectacular. The food was tasty but expensive as were the cocktails. The wine was fairly priced and well selected. The pool was small and crowded but the terrace lovely for drinks and view. The hotel is in an ideal spot for the town and both beaches and for this we would return although not at 435 euros a night - too expensive for what you get.

Excellent hotel. Good location. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is excellent. Great views from rooftop swimmingpool and lounge bar. Price of breakfast (€ 23,-) is ridiculous. Limited parking space at arrival / departure. Parking in underground garage is pricey (but so is public parking in Biarritz)

We chosed Radisson Blu only becaused it has a pool outdoors. When we arrived we become very suprised of the high level service it has. The lounge bar on the roof has excellent food and we have had dinner there as well, and can only say that the dinner excellent. We ate fish and meat and both of them was very well done. Our compliments to the chef. The location of the hotel is very good. Within 10 min walking distance you will find all kinds of restaurants, the beach and shopping. Despite its central location it is a calm environment outside. We used the parking, costs 25 euro per day, but it is worth it as it can be hard to find parking space. The only thing we didn´t use was the pool...

Great location: beach, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Nice pool and good service. The breakfast too expencive, 23 eur! They also turned out the air con a few hours during the night. The beds in the family rooms are quite small queen sized beds.

The Hotel staff was always available and kind. We appreciated having new cleaned towels in our bathroom since we had used the ones available when we return from the pool. Some shadow beside the pool would be good. Everything was very good as we expected. Good food and breakfast available early in the morning. A very good hotel to enjoy your summer holidays.

Roof, swimming pool, breakfast I have some points to be addressed during our stay, there was some party arranged on the first day and we could't fall asleep at all!! The second point I was very suprised to charged more than it should be (extra breakfast, extra roof services)

sapacieux, propre, bien insonnorisé le prix du parking, il est vrai que le parking est facile d'accés mais ne justifie pas 20euros. ainsi que le petit dejeuner il y a de quoi manger mais 23 euros c'est cher, cela correspond a un bon petit resto

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine sur le toit , chauffée à souhait et offrant un panorama exceptionnel. Le personnel est souriant , diligent . Nous aurions aimé que le restaurant propose des menus .
