Location, Location, Location! Hotel Crystal is on a quiet street in the middle of one of the most perfect places in Paris plus it is just steps from the Metro! The quad room was also perfect for a family of four and it was so quiet at night so we could get a great rest. The hotel is surrounded by fantastic cafes, restaurants, shopping and crepe stands! This is being picky, but the hair dryer was partially broken. That's it. Everything else was on par. |

The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English, which helped tremendously. The room was a good size for four people and very quiet for being only a half block off a very busy thoroughfare. It is in a great location for accessing cafes, restaurants and sightseeing spots. The luggage storage was not very secure, and consisted of leaving your bags by the reception desk in the lobby. The hotel was a bit pricey compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Paris, but I knew that going in. You are paying for the location. |

Location is really great. The staff is really nice, helping and welcoming The room was generally comfortable, especially the bathroom. Good Value for money thanks to the discount on Booking.com. The room was facing an inside court yard and consequently very dark. The bed was not that comfortable. |

The location is amazing! Everything is either near or easily accesible.Very French style hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, although there are many places ( famous as Deux Magots and la Flore) around to have it as well! When we first entered the room, there was a strong wine smell in it. We opened the window and when we were back the smell was gone. |

This hotel is owned by a wonderful family. The staff was very helpul and a great room service. We had a room with 10' ceiling, the bathrooms are beautiful. Great location just behind The 2Magots, Blvd St germain. The center of the left bank. You can walk anywhere from there, there is also the subway right there. Very convinient. Very good value. I will certainly stay there on my next trip. |

NIce location; close to interesting sites. Café Flore et Les deux Magots om de hoek. Very bad shower. And we did not get the more expensive room for half of the price. Our room was very simple, without a view and almost the same price as we've paid. Really a pity. |

It was a very nice hotel with an excellent French breakfast. The power went out a couple times while I was there, but not for too long. |

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bedrooms clean and beds comfortable. Considering it's position in a busy area, the bedrooms were very quiet. Not really a criticism, more a suggestion: Ceylon or Darjeeling tea could be offered at breakfast. Earl Grey is not everyone's choice. |
