Crystal Hotel  

отель очень удобно расположен, 10 мин пешком от лувра. рядом почта, всякие магазины и кафешки. номера небольшие, но уютные. персонал очень приветливый.

Excellent location,friendly staff..

The location is excellent. The staff were brilliant, Bruno on the front desk was very helpful. The newly renovated rooms provide a clean modern place to sleep with some old French style. Highly recommended for the price sensitive traveller who wants a central Paris bed.

The hotel doesn't have tea and coffee facilities available, while there are many cafe's near-bye, having to get dressed and walk out to have a morning coffee is a challenge. Also without any washing or ironing facilities travelling out of a suitcase can be difficult.

We are a family of four with older children who recently stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays for 6 nights. The hotel is a little boutique hotel in the Saint Germain des Pres area which is a lively yet not frenzied area of Paris. This hotel is one of the few that had a room large enough for the 4 of us to sleep in with an updated bathroom. The ceilings are high and there was a wardrobe for clothes to be hung and a working safe. There was room enough for our luggage and we could still walk in the center of the room. No room for dancing though. :>) Plus the hotel blessedly put in sound proof windows. I kid you not. Once the windows were closed, all sound was muffled from outside and no cold air leaked in. The heavy drapes over the window increased the effect. The room also had good internet and a flat screen tv (which we never turned on). The staff is friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. It was within walking distance to many points of interest and very close to a Metro stop. Be aware that the hotel is under renovation, however it did not hinder our stay. The work began at 8:00 - 8:15 am (no earlier) and ended by 4:30 pm. Wge were out every morning by 8:30. Some people have a problem with hotels under renovation; we do not. I find it a positive sign that the owners are improving their properties when they do renovation.

The room was completeley dark and full of unnecessary furniture, it was beside the toilette...

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a family room which offered us great accommodation. The location is great,

It was all great, the lift was very small but I think that is Europe.

Walking, shopping, sightseeing, theatre, food and wine, no stone left unturned.

Location, staff and overall experience. Rooms could be a little larger but are well decorated and fairly confortable.

Lift is tiny... And one cannot stay at the reception lounge (for instance, to use internet) after 12 or 1 in the night...

Location was excellent.

Not very clean. Mold in bathroom. Holes in walls. Did not change bed linen or new towles for three days. No air conditioning, despite that is what is said on website. Very hard (concrete-like) beds.

Hotellet er enkelt, sentralt og hyggelig og imøtekommer mitt behov for et rimelig og velstelt sted å bo under kulturopphold i Paris.

Me parece um hotel familiar e que sofreu uma pequena reforma a pouco tempo. Atendimento muito bom, muito atenciosos e o quarto bem espaçoso e aconchegante.
