Staff was very helpful and this location was fantastic

The young lady on the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotels location was outstanding.

The lack of an elevator made hauling our luggage upstairs an issue.

Not much to complain about but those breakfasts one has to pay extra for are nothing to rave about.......very simple.

Excellent location and cheap. Hotel is closed to all facilities. Bedroom and bathroom are big and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay at Danieli.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was most enjoyable. The convenience to shops, food, Christmas markets and restaurants was excellent. Certainly a great location.

We parked our car in the multi-storey carpark. It is very crowded

The room was spacious enough even for 4 people. There were individual beds for each of us. The toilet was rather big as well with a bathtub. It was pretty cosy and clean. I like the design of the hotel, like the staircase was quite pretty. The location of the hotel was really good as well. It's kind of located along the main street where lots of shops are at. The area felt very safe. The Avignon Centre gare is also just down the street right outside the walls so it was convenient for us.

There isn't a lift so it's inconvenient for people with large suitcases.

The location in the centre of Avignon was perfect. Along the main street, 5 minutes from the main sights and around the corner from pedestrian streets with restaurants. 10 minutes from the main railway station and the bus from TGV station. Hotel was in a nice building, rooms recently painted and decorated. Very clean and surprisingly big rooms. Staff spoke mostly good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was good with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, fruit, muesli and eggs. Our overall impression was very good. Recommend the hotel warmly.

We did not have much luggage, but I guess some would mind the lack of an elevator. Only disappointment concerning the breakfast was the fact that coffee came from a machine. But these were very minor details.

Hot water disappeared at 8.00 A.M. Hardley any toiletries in the room. Limitted towels Pillows scarce No lift. Dark and dingy room

Location, location, location! The hotel was very pleasant, the staff lovely, the town charming. What's not to like?

Good location in walled City. Helpful English speaking Receptionist. Spacious room.Good breakfast.
