Fantastic location at the very heart of Avignon's old quarter. Huge rooms was a great surprise. Only drawback was breakfast which you should opt out of as there was not much of a spread and the bread was not very good. |

I did not like the weather but otherwise I have no complaints. Tea or coffee in the room would be appreciated. |

the concierge was friendly accomdating and knowledgable. We learned that the hotel had a meaningful mission as a non profit organization under renovation - used high voc paints |

Central location within walking distance of major attractions. Large room and bathroom located away from the noise of the street. Breakfasts were uninspired and rather disappointing. TV screen was in an alcove, unable to be rotated for viewing from a chair or the bed. No pictures or artwork on the walls in our room. Expensive internet access. |

Central position in town. Pleasant decor and clean room. Good range of tourist leaflets and maps Shower plumbing was loose- and clearly had been so for a while. Very limited choice at breakfast. No elevator |

Closeness to centre of town centre: historic sites and to some good restaurants View from window - inner well, with corrugated roof below - but not unusual for town centre hotel |

Conveniently placed in centre of town. Beds and bathroom were clean. Slightly tatty round the edges. Carpet looked grubby. Only one spare pillow. Beds very short, anyone over 6ft would have trouble. Showerhead could not be restrained, water goes everywhere and obviously had flooded bathroom in past as door was peeling at bottom. No clima and no lift. |

Central location, easy to find on the main street from the train or bus station. Right in the heart of Avignon, plenty of eating and shopping options around. Room was clean but a tat old / worn out. Could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. For EUR 80 a night for a double I don't expect a lot of luxury but still perhaps a little more than this hotel offered. Room was very hot upon arrival. Room faced Staff is so-so. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't even bother to get up from his chair and was on the phone for the first 3 minutes while we were waiting. There is no internet access, except through one terminal in a dark corner under the stairs for which the hotel would like to charge you EUR 4 per 30 minutes. No lift either, so don't go here if you are a bit older or have trouble getting your luggage up stairs. |

Great location close to shops, train station and the Popes Palais and Bridge. Was put into a quadruple room as I was travelling with 2 small children so the space was excellent. Staff very accommodating and helpful with bags and information. Close to McDonalds for which was a good choice for breakfast rather than paying 8 euro for contintental breakfast. No lift, only a portable air conditioner, room was not dark at night - no shutters so quite noisy and the street light shone straight through our window. Cigarette smell wafted through the hotel at night. |

The location is excellent--in the old city of Avignon, less than 10 minutes from the train station and the drop-off point for the shuttle from the TGV station and only a few minutes from all the tourist attractions. There are restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store in the same block as the hotel. Our room was small and dark but we didn't spend much time there. They charged a lot for Internet usage and Wi-fi. We found a small cafe called Zeste which had free Wi-fi for patrons and we used that instead. There is no elevator and no air-conditioning, at least not in our room. The room was very quiet, though, so the windows can be left open, and as it gets so little light, it would probably not get too hot except in the hottest weather. |

We stayed in March, on special price offer. The price was very reasonable. The hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Avignon (2 minute walk from Place d'Horloge). |
