This is basic accommodation in an excellent location. We had a good sized room, that was quiet and private.

Being an old building, there is no lift. So consider this if you can't carry heavy baggage up several flights of stairs. The floor was uneven which a little strange. however the real problem was the bed was quite bad, which was a shame given that everything else was adequate.

Clean room, very small but excellent value for your money. No lift so pack light. Perfect location.

Not having a lift made it hard to bring luggage up.

Not much to complain about but those breakfasts one has to pay extra for are nothing to rave about.......very simple.

The hotel was very central to the heart of Avignon. The Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very dark as was most of the hotel. The photo of the hotel was misleading. We looked onto a brick wall.

The breakfast is too expensive, the shower is not easy to manage: you have to hold it while washing

The room was spacious enough even for 4 people. There were individual beds for each of us. The toilet was rather big as well with a bathtub. It was pretty cosy and clean. I like the design of the hotel, like the staircase was quite pretty. The location of the hotel was really good as well. It's kind of located along the main street where lots of shops are at. The area felt very safe. The Avignon Centre gare is also just down the street right outside the walls so it was convenient for us.

There isn't a lift so it's inconvenient for people with large suitcases.

Excellent location in the heart of the city; good price/quality ratio. Professional staff, welcoming and helpful. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. Rooms are okay.

The hotel lacks an elevator, I had to go twice to carry all the luggage to the 3rd floor. Corridors are very dark, had to search for a light button. The water is not hot, lukewarm at best.

It was a very good rate and the location was very central to everything, in the old town. The hotel is well presented and comfortable with air conditioned rooms.

No free wifi or breakfast.

Looks better in reality than in the pictures on the website. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good location being within walking distance to the bus stop on Cours Kennedy to catch the shuttle to the Avignon train station. Also easy walk to the Palais des Papes and main attractions. Value for money indeed for an airconditioned room!

Unique building in the heart of historic area. Room was nicely refreshed and bedding was comfortable. Staff was very accomodating and bilingual.

Having to pay for internet access was only downside
