Su encanto parisino.

El desayuno del hotel esta muy bien y que el hotel tiene la estación de metro muy cerca

Lo que no me gusto del hotel es que solo tiene un elevador y es lentísimo.

Probably it was a bit windy and noisy from the streets in a room.

Nice quiet location in a good neigbourhood. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Acommodations were nice, clean and adequate for a city break.

No negative statements about this Hotel, only one small issue with the Television system only limited english speaking channels.

Our stay Hotel de Banville was very enjoyable. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We would love to stay at this hotel again.

Good location

- Room was dated, noisy and smelt bad

I liked the location, out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Clean, modern reception area, my room was clean but could use a good dusting especially in the corners of the walls. Helpful main desk, they made sure I had a taxi to the airport.

I really wanted to like this hotel as much as the others and that was primarily why I chose this hotel based on positive reviews. My biggest complaint was my room and it's location. I was on the first floor and the room was extremely warm even with the heat turned off. I did open a window but it was facing the street and had alot of noise and the most annoying issue was the metro train that ran either under the building or very close by and I could hear and feel it coming and going until at least 1:30-2:00 am. Cappuccino cost 7 euros in the hotel lobby, ouch.

Clean, nice, quiet and cosy room. Lovely staff. Impeccable service.

The room is very clean. The location is very convenient for tourist. Near to eiffel tour, Triomphe, Champs Elysees. The staff is very warm and helpful.

Very friendly and accommodating particularly as they had no record of our "Booking.com" confirmed reservation. The staff were bilingual and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and adequate. We shall certainly stay there again and will recommend the hotel to others who want a reasonably-priced Paris hotel with friendly, efficient staff close to the City Center (Etoile.)

The shortage of face-cloths in the bathroom; some days none, others one, only two once!
