The location is good - close to the Annecy center. When you put out the "Do not disturb" sign, you do not expect that anybody should enter the room. At this hotel the sign was not respected.

Excellent location for a visit to this area. We stayed here for two nights and spent a day driving in the beautiful mountains. This is the third time we have stayed here. The parking facilities at this hotel are always a hassle. Street parking from 5 pm to 11 am is OK once you come to grips with the system and pay the cheap meter fees. There are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, mainly in the old town area. Avoid the first one you come to in the Hotel Splendid which we found to be fairly terrible (food and service).

Rapport qualité/prix mauvais, chambres communes, décoration, confort et services indignes d'un 3 étoiles. Très déçus : salle de bain, petite pièce, petite douche, poubelle cassée, peu d'espace autour du lavabo, aucune place pour rangement ; literie très inconfortable. Petit déjeuner correct néanmoins.

Etablissement tres bien situé, tout proche du centre ville d' Annecy et du lac, tout en étant dans une rue calme. Chambre tres propre.Tous équipements de bonne qualité. L' accueil est professionnel sans etre particulierement chaleureux. Chambre trop petite, mal aérée..

nous avons pris une chambre dite familiale (pour 4 personnes). En fait nous avions deux chambres de deux personnes avec un palier commun et isolé du couloir, donc possibilité d'ouvrir les deux chambres et de fermer la porte du palier ou de fermer chaque chambre pour avoir son intimité.Super modularité ! Accueil très chaleureux.

Hôtel très bien situé, en retrait du lac mais cependant très proche. Chambres bien équipées, lits de 1.80 m, jolies salles de bains, le tout récemment refait, les produits de toilette sont de bonne quazlité et en quantité suffisante. Les parties communes sont banales. Le personnel est aimable, mais sans excès: on ne se plie pas en quatre pour rendre service, on est normalement courtois. Les chambres sont bien petites pour un 3 étoiles, il n'y a pas de distributeur de Kleenex dans la salle de bains et le rideau de douche fait un peu "années 70", une demi-cloison vitrée pare-douche aurait été plus esthétique et plus au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Pas loin de 100 euros la nuit, c'est cher payé, l'hôtel serait mieux positionné aux environs de 80.
