Hotel Bristol  

We found the Hotel Bristol to be a very well run hotel. The location and car parking facility suited us. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant and were disapointed that we could not eat there on the Saturday evening. It would have been good if there had been a comfortable bar to relax in. We visited Mulhouse to see the motor museum and if we do make a return visit we would certainly book into Hotel Bristol again.

The Hotel has a central position in the city and a good secure car park. The rooms are fresh and clean with a relaxing jacuzzi bath. We will recommend this Hotel to our friends.

This was a very central hotel, and ideally placed for visiting the Schlumpf Museum, the purpose of our two night visit with friends.All the staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were a good size, well decorated and very clean. The bathrooms were really impressive and the jacuzzi baths an unexpected bonus. They were very welcome after days of sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We slept very well. Breakfast was a good, cold continental buffet (with the option to boil eggs) and service good and again very friendly. There was an evening meal, but the menu wasn't very well advertised (and the restaurant was closed for a Bank Holiday on our second night) so we went out to eat. The town centre is very close, so this is an easy option. The free wifi was excellent and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We initially had trouble getting them to book us a taxi from the airport and had to do it ourselves. Perhaps they have had trouble with people not turning up, but they could have explained, or taken our credit card details perhaps. Once we had arrived they were very helpful and happily ordered a taxi back to the airport for us. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been good. There were no explanatory booklets in either of the rooms to tell us about the facilities, so we did not realise until the end of our stay that we could have ordered tea and coffee, (or a beer in the evening), from reception. I also still don't know if there was room service. The booklet should also have breakfast, evening meal and check-out times and a list of TV channels. We eventually found BBC news.

We were checking out location for our future booking in June for the rico rally European road trip starting in London and passing through/staying in Mulhouse & visiting the motor museum. The facilities were good and we will be back in June with 40 sports cars to stay. Thankyou to the helpful staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely room with a HUGE bed, very comfortable. Very good value for money. Very central position. Good parking.

Hotel was nice and everything, but we were staying just for a night to continue our trip next day and choose the hotel because of the price. When we checked in, hotel personel explained us where is the breakfast, and made us understand that breakfast was included in the price. No offence, brekafast was nice, but we were charged extra 20 eur for breakfast, thats the price you would pay in 5 star hotel for the breakfast... Little disapointing.

Cant find any faults here. Rooms were new, old style but well refurbished, quiet area yet close to main Mulhouse old town. Helpful staff, decent breakfast, good value for money , highly reccomend for price.
