Everything, well worth the effort to reach this lovely hotel which is so close to city centre, the Train museum, and Schlumpf car museum.

The location was a little bit difficult to get to due to the one way streets, but these cannot be changed.

Big room, big and comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. It's clean and room is always hot although the outside is very cold. The owner lady is helpful. Price/quality is perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Room doors are rather old and don't isolate correctly the room from the corridor. It's not a big issue but is something that can be improved

Parking access awkward and unclear. We had to go round a second time to find the entrance and had to double park in the street until one of us went to reception to know how to get in. Dangerous, bothersome for other people too

I loved the inside and outside look of the hotel, classy but at the same time it had a welcoming and homely feel to it. The bed in our suite was huge, with a plush carpet, and the room was large enough to contain a sofa couch and a toilet which was separate from the rest of the bathroom. Wonderful jacuzzi bath, what a treat! The breakfast looked really great - what a pity we didn't have time for breakfast - it had an excellent selection and would've been well worth the money! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a very charming (car free) shopping area, and the parking (which cost only 4 euro) was safe and secure. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend.

The noise from the busy street below - it was not possible to keep the window open due to the noise. Try to reserve a room at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the street.

This hotel is brilliant. The price of the room was very reasonable. In fact I would say don't tell too many people about this hotel as it is certainly value for money. The bedroom is larger than some 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in with a king size plus bed and for someone who is 198cms I was more than grateful for this. Clean tidy and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast...what a treat. Buffet style but what style and what choice! The staff could not be more welcoming with a good standard of English...

I need clearer instructions on how to find the hotel as it is circled by a one way system and a tram way.

We liked everything, nice location, close to city center, nice room and large bathroom with jacuzzi. Everything very clean. The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was good. We recommend this hotel.

Very well decorated and appointed hotel and room. Excellent breakfast.

Clearly a very nice hotel that may well have seen better days, but spotlesslessly clean, nice staff and rooms. We only used it as a stopover for one night, but would have no hesitation in staying there again if in the area.

Location in Mulhouse is in a bit of a run down area, and Mulhouse itself does seem to have bee left behind!

The hotel is not to the usual standard of a Hotel Bristol The double room price is too expensive Our room had one mirror and that was in the bathroom There were no tissues in the bathroom or spare pillows for the bed.

An elegantly decorated hotel with a sense of quiet classiness. Excellent location a few minutes walk from the pedestrian area. Being a business hotel in the low summer season, the rate was very good. The parking entrance is a bit narrow, but very convenient.

Staff very helpful, lady on recption spoke good english and was very welcoming and helpful, location good value, secure free parking.

We overnighted in Muhouse on way to Switzerland, the Hotel is right in the centre of town and has secure locked gate car parking. The centre is undergoing road works at the moment but you can navigate around the back way. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious, bathrooms excellent, our room had a spa which was heaven after a day on the road. The meals were excellent and, both dinner and breakfast well prepared and plentiful. The staff were friendly and spoke bood English, we would not hesitate to stay again ....

Roadworks have disrupted the city centre, if there had been an indication of such we would have been a little better prepared to find the Hotel via the back road ... It was not that hard but a warning may have helped ....

Friendly staff, clean, perfect noise reduction measures, very close to city center and, very important for us: good parking facility even for a car with a roofbox i.e. excellent quality/price ratio.
