Hotel was nice and everything, but we were staying just for a night to continue our trip next day and choose the hotel because of the price. When we checked in, hotel personel explained us where is the breakfast, and made us understand that breakfast was included in the price. No offence, brekafast was nice, but we were charged extra 20 eur for breakfast, thats the price you would pay in 5 star hotel for the breakfast... Little disapointing.

Cant find any faults here. Rooms were new, old style but well refurbished, quiet area yet close to main Mulhouse old town. Helpful staff, decent breakfast, good value for money , highly reccomend for price. Queen bed was two singles pushed together

Rooms are just great. It is like that kind of old style but well kept and renovated. Just a few steps away from the city centre and a private free parking inside the hotel which is very comfortable. When I checked- in they reminded me that the rooms are non-smoking room and when I entered my room there was a very strong smell of smoke, so they gave me another room with no complaint at all. Very nice of them. I haven't tried the breakfast because it was not included in the price of my room and I love French "boulangeries" so I just prefer to go out for breakfast. But I did try their restaurant for the first dinner and honestly it was not that great a pretty pricy for what I got. So my suggestion is stay in this hotel because it is great but there are plenty of awesome restaurants in the centre you can enjoy!

The Hotel Bristol was an excellent choice for our stay in Mulhouse. It was centrally located, free parking and the breakfast was first class. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We would not hesitate in staying there again. The Kings and Menzies from Melbourne Australia.

The Hotel is in an ideal location being just a few minutes off the motorway, the car parking is great with private access into a secure courtyard area, the room was very large with a jacuzzi bath, and the whole room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful seeing the late hour we arrived. Feel a bit mean to criticise the Hotel Bristol but it is in a very noisy part of town, even with all windows closed the noise from the road was quite loud. The hotel itself must have paper-thin walls as you could hear every sound, even the flushing of toilets! I understand breakfast is more continental once over the English Channel, but perhaps a little more choice could be included. I would still recommend it to others though, just take some ear plugs!

Well situated if you want to visit the city area. Rude staff at the reception, not helpful at all. On the first night we stayed in a smelly room, the beds were filthy, the sink was blocked and the shower linked. When we asked for another room, we had to justify ourselves and be very argumentative. We were given the option to leave if we were not happy. With a young child, it was not an option fo us. They put us a better room the next day but our stay was spoilt. A waste of money for us!

We found the Hotel Bristol to be a very well run hotel. The location and car parking facility suited us. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant and were disapointed that we could not eat there on the Saturday evening. It would have been good if there had been a comfortable bar to relax in. We visited Mulhouse to see the motor museum and if we do make a return visit we would certainly book into Hotel Bristol again. Lack of a bar.

- Very bad experience, we arrived late due to traffic. Parking was in chaos and completely full. We had a very small room, very poor badroom. The room was not cleaned properly. The room was full of insects. Due to this, had to leave en asked for another room. The hotel was full en we had to sleep in a very small room with a single bed. The matras and pillows where very old, it was à nightmare. De legt the hotel the next morning at 6h, as fast as we could.

Location for Mulhouse museums which are world class. Mulhouse itself is very run down and definitely not a tourist destination. The hotel accommodation is OK but filled primarily with coach parties, and dining at hotel is poor (very coach parties) and other options for eating in Mulhouse also poor. Cannot therefore recommend hotel or the town, and would suggest seek other nearby hotels (eg. Colmar, Freiburg)..

What a lovely Hotel/staff and central location to the main shops. The private car park gives peace of mind the my tools and equipment were safe. Superb breakfast comfortable beds when I seen a Rolls Royce parked in the car park I felt this Hotel could make me feel out of place but it was so relaxed warm and friendly. Thank you for a good value for money stay. Only spending one night at the Hotel..

Because i arrived late, after a large group had checked in, I received an upgrade. The room was actually a duplex, with two bathrooms, and it was wonderful.
