Central location and parking facilities. Helpful at reception. The room was comfortable. Breakfast overpriced. No air conditioning. Inadequate lighting in bathroom. |

The location of the Hotel was very convenient when exploring Normandy "Operation Overlord". The rooms were very outdated. |

Well placed for exploring the centre of town with pleasant gardens and easy access to restaurants and bars for evening entertainment rooms need refurbishment and the breakfast looked so poor that we didn't bother to try it. |

It was very nice to be able to have the entire family in one room (5 adults). There was plenty of room ... and two bathrooms. Meals too expensive - limited parking - apartment (403) was challenging at times with the inclined ceilings that one could run into. |

Good location and the staff was helpful. However, TV does not seem to be working fine. The basin of the room we stayed in did not have a plug which make washing difficult. Asked about it but the staff can do nothing. |

Customer service and luggage handling need to be improved. Also staff were not helpful in regards to local knowledge. |

The hotel was very central and had it's own (although limited) parking. The staff were always helpful and welcoming and tried to everything they could to assit us. (See below) There was nothing I disliked, but the two issues I would like to mention are: (1) Although we had booked 4 twin rooms, when we got there two were doubles. One was easilly settled as the double comprised of two beds which were pulled apart and re-made, but one was a full double. It was an inconvenienece rather than a major problem as they offered to move the people involved. |

I most liked the fact that your staff were friendly , efficient, courtous, and that most spoke good english which helped me as my command of the french language is very limited overall i enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Yes I would prefer if your tarrif included breakfast, also your charge of €9.00 for parking was excessive, Also parking in Bayeux in general was expensive,Please advise city council to take a look at town of Albert where I stayed also as parking for tourists is free. |

We had been upgraded to Hotel Luxembourg, no extra bed in room, when it did arrive there was no room for it so had to change rooms. Breakfast was poor, coffee cold, weak orange juice. |

Satellite tv for english tv would have been appreciated due to the fact that it was too cold to go out in the evenings |

A bizzare hotel split in two on the ground floor with a kitchen through the middle. A great adventure walking through said kitchen every morning for breakfast at other end of hotel. Two entrances with staff either at either one end or the other (phones used to summon them) Hotel bar charmless. |

Central to the shops No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room adjacent to the lift very noisy, especially at the weekend. Parking fee could have been included in the price as it was not a public car park |

The food was excellent. We also had a special request due to unforeseen circumstances to slightly extend the time to vacate one of the rooms which was dealt with in a thoroughly sympathetic and helpful manner, for which we are very grateful. The only comment I would make is that directions to the hotel would be helpful if they were included in the booking confirmation. |

Excellent meal in the Restaurant at lunch time. Availability of breakfast from 6.30 am was perfect - extremely convenient when catching the early morning ferry from Caen. |

The Bayeux tapestry is a "not to be missed" experience and the hotel is nicely situated for such a visit The hotel restaurant is handy but the food and menu are not very imaginative. |
