There was nothing I liked about this hotel, maybe except for the location. When we arrive at our room all the sheets were dirty with lots of hairs. When we asked them to change it, the extremely impolite front desk asked us to show him why we think it was dirty, instead of changing it. Every time for soap and shampoo we had to convince them that 4 persons in hot weather in August consume more soap and shampoo than maybe other cases, therefore instead of 2 give us 4 shampoo sachet sand soaps. Not recommended. Impolite stuff, bad attitude, dirty

Good location, close to 2 metro stations. A lot of resaturants and bars around. Very close from the hotel there is a supermarket open until 23.50. The hotel is quiet, but room walls are rather thin and you can hear other people going stairs and closing doors. Stairway is narrow and stairs are steep, but this is usual for many Paris hotels located in old buildings. Room and bathroom were clean. Receptionist was very nice and polite. There is no wide choice for breakfast (croissant, baguette, butter, jam, coffee or tea). Breakfast was served without plate, which was for me a bit non-comfortable.

helpful staff ( except one person) excellent location with metro stops and restaurants nearby, clean rooms Small rooms without all the facilities described, there were no mini bar , hairdryer, iron and balcony. It is very convenient though if you spend a lot of time outdoors.

The location was pretty good, next to two metro stations, though they are a short walk away. Bedding was clean and towels were changed if you wanted that service. Walls are super thin. tiny room, ensuite bathroom door could just open. Definitely not the place to go if you want to spend time in the room, but for a place to come back after a day out, it's alright. The receptionist was not entirely helpful. Doors were also left unlocked after the cleaning service.

Location is good. Easy transportation, Near by many shops and suppermarkets I read befor i go about the rudness of teh Hotel staff but it was much worth then the reviews.. They have no idea about how to treat Gast. Other thing is really annoying is the internet. They charge you 2 Euros for 24 Hours but you have to pay for the whole stay, This mean you can not buy only 24 hours except the day befor your departure ?!!, otherwise you will pay for the whole stay. The walls are so so so thin that it is difficult to know that people in the next room talking to you or to eachother. No privacy at all.. all your moves and talkes even the TV is 100% clear sound in your room....

I liked my room. It was small, but clean. The man at the front desk during my check in was nice enough to come upstairs with me after I couldn't get the door to my room open. He also spoke English which made communication easier. The hotel had WiFi in the room which is always great and the price was reasonable. The power in the building flickered off and on a few times while I was there. The location is a little out of the way for touring the city, but it was quiet when I came back at night for bed.

The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. When we wanted to store our luggage there before check-in, there was no room in which to lock them up. The bags were left in the lobby, but were surveyed by the staff for the day. Everything was there when we returned, but we were a bit disconcerted with having to leave all of our possessions out in the open.

Perfect location at 2 minutes walk from metro Rome (ligne 2). Quite neighborhood. If your room is facing the street, you will be woken up every morning at 7 o'clock by "le service de salubrite". You will thus know that there are no strikes that day:)

The Pianist living in the room upstairs, who the created the perfect Parisian atmosphere with his music :) Also the location is good and the staff is friendly, good value for your money. The room is a too small for 2 persons and you have to pay to use the wi-fi.

Staff was okay. Room was dirty. Hair on floor. Shower curtain must have been there for like 10 years! Requested two single beds and we had one double bed. Bed looked like it wasn't changed. No hair dryer. No tea tray. A bit cold. Did not have breakfast thank god! Will never go back there

Good location. There is metro station very near to the hotel, a lot of cafes, and restaurants. There is private bathroom and it was ok. Good value for this money in that location of Paris. There is no elevator. The room is very small. It was not very clean in the room. It needs to be renovate. The shower cabin was very tiny.

The location was pretty good, you could get to the sights by bus or trains. The photographs online are deceiving. The Hotel is not very nice and I would not return. We were charged more than we were quoted when I booked. The shower head wasn't fixed to the wall, there was no mirror in the room and the fan didn't work. We slept with all the windows open but it was very noisy with the traffic. Very basic and might suit some people but not to my taste. Our key to the room didn't always work and the guy on the desk was very grumpy when I asked for help.

After a mix up with are room, originally booked a twin but was given a double. the hotel change it the next day for us as soon as a suitable room freed up. The bathroom in the twin room was very tiny! and would not be suitable, if reachable for anyone of a bigger build.
