Location. 10 minutes by walk to Montmartre
Paid wifi and a little bit noise in the night
elevator, balcony, perfect temperature in the room, nice bed and pillow, location
late check in (14:00), early check out (11:00)
We have stayed there now 7 times. Staff is awesome. Facilities need renovation but ok for a budget hotel if you only want to sleep
The rooms are very clean and in good shape. We had a quadruple room for our family of 4 which was compact but still with adequate space and storage for all of us. We loved the location because we love the neighborhoods Batignolles, Rue de Levi, and Parc Monceau. As long as the hotel continues to be such a great value, we'll be happy to stay here on each of our trips to Paris.
Nice location and price. Towels were changed every day, but the sheets weren't not once in seven days. Best thing about this hotel is price and location.
Rooms are just to small and the sound isolation is terrible. Wifi is not free. Bathroom is also too small. All in all, this hotel lives up to its price, but dont expect too much.
Great location. Very clean. Changed towels and bed clothes everyday. Was very happy with this hotel , would 100% stay there again. Great location, directly beside two metro stops on a popular line. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
Had to pay €2 for wifi, but we were out of the day most of the day so just wasn't worthwhile getting it.
Only the location is good
There was nothing to like.Staff was terrible, bed was horrible and washroom was disgusting. It is more of a dirty lodge and I wonder how it got a 2 star rating. Please dont go there if you want to enjoy paris
Close to super market, also to metro station, absolutly good value for money, daily cleaning, hot water during all day,elevator,2euros for net for all the week prety fast
Not good soundproofing you can hear everything from the next to you room.. P,S. Its not about the hotel bad dont go to eat from the indian- asian restaurant that is in the corner very close to the hotel, the worst food ever someone must close it!!!
Just the bed !!!
When we first arrived , we wasn't very welcome greeting. The staff was a bit rude. Not given a lot attention . Everything a part of the price of €482,00 for 3nights. It's was extremely overcharged . The breakfast was told it was a continental breakfast . When we sat on the table, their didn't like to say a bonjour . We asked a extra croissant and their wasn't very happy. In fact the breakfast was 0ne croissant , one half small baguette an a smal gls of juice. Where's the continental ???? Btw we hated the service, and we hated everything . It's was a completely dezapointemt .-:( plz don go there. I warn you !!!!!
good location, friendly staff, calm
personally, i prefer the hotel where has a room to deposit luggage. It could be better to paid online, the tax is not concluded into the final price.
Hotel is nice with lift ;) and staff is very friendly and English speaking. Cleanliness of room is on satisfying level. Toilet is renovated and it's clean. Bad was comfortable, tv cool. I suggest you to pay 2 euro for WiFi, it is for whole week, and it is fast. Last day we check-out at 11hr and leave our bags in reception, we had whole day and picked up our bags at 16hr. Thanks for that! Location of hotel is perfect. Metro station is near. You can have a lot of fun in this area of city, and if you prefer to walk you can get to all attractive sights in 15 to 20 min. In this area of city, I highly recommend this hotel if you travel on budget.
Didn't like anything in this hotel. Sad place to stay. Will never stay in this hotel ever.
Room was very uncomfortable, congested and small. Moulds on wall was disgusting. not worth and no value for money at all. Will never recommend this hotel for stay. worst experience ever. Hotel is not as shown in picture on internet.
The good service from the staff, at arrival, during the stay and the breakfast delivery. Everything was on time and in place. Thank you, I was there for an important meeting.
near metro station, it is easy to get other places in Paris, it is near Sacré-Cœur (about 20minutes by walk). it is a quiet place, you can sleep well. there are many restaurant and cafe bars which serve so many kinds of food.
no free wifi
Personnel could have been more friendly. The place was not very clean (mold in the shower, one light bulb was hanging on the wires and with water mist from the shower I was afraid of a short cut. In the main room there were only 2 bed-lights and one table lamp which together did not give enough light to be comfortable for the eyes. There was only one glass for two people, lack of electric sockets (we had to unplug the lamp in order to get at least one socket to charge the mobile). It was pretty noisy, I was woken up 6am on Saturday by the voices. Also, during the night is was noisy in the internal yard, some people were yelling, then laughting. The worst surprise was when we came back in the evening and found the door unlocked after the houskeeping. Having all our belongings in the room we got a feeling of being insecure. I know that people go to Paris for great experience and it's impossible to get lux conditions for a little money, but in comparisson with Kyriad hotel in Paris, this one looked a bit ... disregarded
Hotel staff wer more than helpfull. They let us store our bags after check out. We had a late flight. The hotel does a fine job for its price so don't expect to much for ur stay. If u expect too much pay the extra money and stay somewhere else #B realistic people.
You could hear some noise From other rooms. But wat do u want for the price u pay. #B realistic.
Very good location
Don't any street view. you see only next building wall ;)
location was nice
Tiny room, no hot water, no internet
No hot water for shower Very small bathroom even not a proper shower Very noisy at night i could hear what was happening in the room next to mine. No needs to be in !
Location near blue line of metro
Room size , appearance , service , bathroom , double bed tiny, price
Close to main tourist attractions on bus or on train.
Small room and spiral stairs, but what can you expect in a typical budget hotel in Paris
The staff at the reception was very nice. Also the location of the hotel is good, near metrostation Rome and Place de Clichy: in only 10 minutes in Montmartre nd Champs-Élysées.
The people who clean the room: they didn't clean it and didn't give new towels, because we were not ready at the moment that they wanted to clean the room. They could have wait 10 minutes and then we were gone or they could at least give us new towels. Furthermore, the bathroom looked nice, but the shower handle was broken and too short. We had ordered a room with 4 single beds, but we got 2 singles and 1 double. The Wi-Fi was €2,- in total, but not so good reachable everywhere in the hotel. The hotel says that it is 24H open, only it looked like someone (who couldn't speak) had to wake up everytime if you arrived after 2 am, because you had to ring a bell.
- Hotel is situated in a good location and in between two metro stations. - Beds are comfortable - Safe and quiet location - If you need to buy water there's a supermarket across the road which will save you a buckload!!!!
- Some of the staff at reception were not helpful. - Rooms are a bit small. - Cleaner didn't knock on the door before entering which was quite rude.
Location was good, a little out of Paris but close to the Metro train line which made getting to all the tourist sites quick and easy. Only a short walk to Montmarte, and plenty of cafes, restaurants & bakeries close by.
The bathroom was in need of a renovation, and lacked a fan, but was otherwise clean. No tea/coffee making facilities or iron. All in all, can't complain for a budget hotel in Paris.
Close to the subway.
- It was 35°C and the room had no air conditioner and NO fan.... Really hot inside the room. - Small bathrooms are normal in Paris... But this is a joke! Impossible to take a shower standing straight. - Had to move to another hotel after the first night, it was too hot. .. Paid 10 euros more, and got really nice hotel just around the block.
