Didn't like anything in this hotel. Sad place to stay. Will never stay in this hotel ever.
Room was very uncomfortable, congested and small. Moulds on wall was disgusting. not worth and no value for money at all. Will never recommend this hotel for stay. worst experience ever. Hotel is not as shown in picture on internet.
The good service from the staff, at arrival, during the stay and the breakfast delivery. Everything was on time and in place. Thank you, I was there for an important meeting.
near metro station, it is easy to get other places in Paris, it is near Sacré-Cœur (about 20minutes by walk). it is a quiet place, you can sleep well. there are many restaurant and cafe bars which serve so many kinds of food.
no free wifi
Personnel could have been more friendly. The place was not very clean (mold in the shower, one light bulb was hanging on the wires and with water mist from the shower I was afraid of a short cut. In the main room there were only 2 bed-lights and one table lamp which together did not give enough light to be comfortable for the eyes. There was only one glass for two people, lack of electric sockets (we had to unplug the lamp in order to get at least one socket to charge the mobile). It was pretty noisy, I was woken up 6am on Saturday by the voices. Also, during the night is was noisy in the internal yard, some people were yelling, then laughting. The worst surprise was when we came back in the evening and found the door unlocked after the houskeeping. Having all our belongings in the room we got a feeling of being insecure. I know that people go to Paris for great experience and it's impossible to get lux conditions for a little money, but in comparisson with Kyriad hotel in Paris, this one looked a bit ... disregarded
Hotel staff wer more than helpfull. They let us store our bags after check out. We had a late flight. The hotel does a fine job for its price so don't expect to much for ur stay. If u expect too much pay the extra money and stay somewhere else #B realistic people.
You could hear some noise From other rooms. But wat do u want for the price u pay. #B realistic.
Very good location
Don't any street view. you see only next building wall ;)
location was nice
Tiny room, no hot water, no internet
No hot water for shower Very small bathroom even not a proper shower Very noisy at night i could hear what was happening in the room next to mine. No needs to be in !
Location near blue line of metro
Room size , appearance , service , bathroom , double bed tiny, price
Close to main tourist attractions on bus or on train.
Small room and spiral stairs, but what can you expect in a typical budget hotel in Paris
The staff at the reception was very nice. Also the location of the hotel is good, near metrostation Rome and Place de Clichy: in only 10 minutes in Montmartre nd Champs-Élysées.
The people who clean the room: they didn't clean it and didn't give new towels, because we were not ready at the moment that they wanted to clean the room. They could have wait 10 minutes and then we were gone or they could at least give us new towels. Furthermore, the bathroom looked nice, but the shower handle was broken and too short. We had ordered a room with 4 single beds, but we got 2 singles and 1 double. The Wi-Fi was €2,- in total, but not so good reachable everywhere in the hotel. The hotel says that it is 24H open, only it looked like someone (who couldn't speak) had to wake up everytime if you arrived after 2 am, because you had to ring a bell.
- Hotel is situated in a good location and in between two metro stations. - Beds are comfortable - Safe and quiet location - If you need to buy water there's a supermarket across the road which will save you a buckload!!!!
- Some of the staff at reception were not helpful. - Rooms are a bit small. - Cleaner didn't knock on the door before entering which was quite rude.
Location was good, a little out of Paris but close to the Metro train line which made getting to all the tourist sites quick and easy. Only a short walk to Montmarte, and plenty of cafes, restaurants & bakeries close by.
The bathroom was in need of a renovation, and lacked a fan, but was otherwise clean. No tea/coffee making facilities or iron. All in all, can't complain for a budget hotel in Paris.
Close to the subway.
- It was 35°C and the room had no air conditioner and NO fan.... Really hot inside the room. - Small bathrooms are normal in Paris... But this is a joke! Impossible to take a shower standing straight. - Had to move to another hotel after the first night, it was too hot. .. Paid 10 euros more, and got really nice hotel just around the block.
The hotel had all the amendities one needed while travelling. The price is more than reasonably for it's quality and location. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, friendly and economy place to stay in Paris!
very close to..everything (including the metro station). cheap supermarket next to the hotel, very good restaurant on the corner ("the paris rome"); room very clean. very good price for money.
you can hear the noise others make (bad sound isolation), but during the night it was quiet. we were able to sleep.
Reception staff/ 24 hour reception. Very cheap internet! Worked well. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant reception area with fish tank. Close to metro station
Noisy at night Bed somewhat uncomfortable
Location for getting to major paris sites location to good restaurants location to connecting buses location to variety of shops location to metro
A little noisy from traffic , but not enough to spoil anything and not unexpected due to location in big city spiral staircase bit difficult, but lift available
the location, room to inner courtyard
smoke filled the room at night, WC was not clean for my standards (water around the base of the sink, toilet not white). Hotel clerk cleaned toilet and floor with a dirty towel, not very inspiring. Two stars is too much.
Very dirty room (only the towels were replaced, hair everywhere, bad smell) they make you pay the very first minute so then it is all your problem, you can not change your room (every room in hotel is no smoking, but in fact they don't care, so if it smells cigarets and it smells very very badly, you should deal with it). They don't even tell that they are sorry or something, they are there to take your money and that's all. No elevator no air conditioner, a lot of noise. Les chambers sont tres tres sales, pas d' ascenseur, pas de clim, sentait cigarettes dans les chambers non fumeur, personnel tres rude, ils prenaient l'argent tout de suite comme ça tu te démerdes. Conseil- évite
The location is great.Next to Metro with easy access to city
The older man on reception during day was rude, dismissive and spent a lot of time yelling at someone on phone in French . Then he answered phone in English to someone who must have enquired about vacancy and was equally rude to then saying the place was full. The noise level during night eas high ..lots of young people drinking/talking. Skip paying 7 euro for breakfast .very basic coffee and one bread.place is run down but ok if want cheap place to stay and not much sleep..
Close-ish to underground Ok area
No AC Some staff were a little rude Small room
Just a walk away from montmartre and place de clichy Clean. Safe. Balcony at the 4th floor rooms.
The room a bit small ...
