The location was perfect. Nothing more than that. We could not pay with credit card because the machine of the hotel was broke. The reception did not allow us to go up before we had paid the room. Later I understood why: the hotel was a mess because they were renovating, at least they have started, but it looked like they stopped renovating. Gyproc walls were not painted, the elevator was dark and the panel was repaired with tape. We couls not take a proper shower because there only was very hot water or very cold water. Gusts better take a three star hotel than this one

The hotel is located in the very heart of the Paris luxury shopping district. Very easy access to public transportation The hotel is very old and definitely needs a restyling. The rooms are overheated and barely decorated. The picture published on booking are misleading. Breakfast is a total joke and they charge 20 eur for it.

Excellent location in major shopping area and not far from Champs Elysees, Opera. Free Wifi in room was also a bonus. Only one person at reception, so service was slow. The bar was hopeless with little in the way of beer, no ice for short drinks and the restaurant was not open at all apart from breakfast. There was only bbc World availabl in English on the tv, no movies as indicated on website.

This hotel is a working building site, I woke up to men in hard hats looking through the window. there was bothing when i booked to say this had i have know i would have booked a different hotel.

Nous avons regretté de traverser l'hôtel en travaux,mais nous avons été razvis de la situation de notre chambre au 8eme étage, ce qui nous a donné une vue extraordinaire sur PARIS espace un peu sombre et hôtel en rénovation; échaffaudages,espaces couloirs peu attirants

Une vue superbe sur le Grand Palais, la tour Eiffel, la Madeleine, et Montmartre pour la Junior Suite. Prix très attractif durant les travaux. Grande terrasse En travaux, donc escalier inaccessible, "pratique" en cas d'evacuation incendie, surtout au 8 eme étage. Internet en panne. Volet roulant en panne, rideaux coinces. Bref une chambre avec un formidable potentiel, mais qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement
