It is always a pleasure stay in this hotel! This is best location in Saint- Honore. I will be glad to book it for the next trip to Paris.

Very good location and reasonably sized, comfy room. I would have expected a bit wider selection for breakfast at 20 Euros pp. But that said, the bars around were not much cheaper.

Excellent location in major shopping area and not far from Champs Elysees, Opera. Free Wifi in room was also a bonus. Only one person at reception, so service was slow. The bar was hopeless with little in the way of beer, no ice for short drinks and the restaurant was not open at all apart from breakfast. There was only bbc World availabl in English on the tv, no movies as indicated on website.

The best thing about Hôtel De Castiglione is it's location. Only minutes walk from Rue Royale. If you are a business traveler you need to avoid this hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location but if you need to get any work done forget it. When I complained about the Wifi Access I got a line about the fact that the Wifi doesn't work on the iPad 2. When I mentioned the same re the iPhone I got a roll of the eyes and through gritted teeth was told that there was nothing they could do. Now I wouldn't mind this so much except that I had important work to get done which could only be done from my iPad (business email application). I was told I could use the beat up computer at reception. When I explained that this would not allow me to get my work done they shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as having free Wifi available throughout the hotel. I spoke to the friendly customer service team at booking.com and asked to switch hotels. The girl spoke to the manager and let me know the hotel wouldn't cancel my reservation. Imagine my surprise to find that the computer in the lobby had an 'out of service' sign after I had made a complaint. Incredible as this was I think i got away lightly. Look up the reviews of this hotel on other review sites and you'll get a fuller picture. I'll leave it at that. AVOID.

Location No internet facilities,there was an old computer in front of the main door,you had to try to get your e-mails when people passing true and you had to be frozen when the door was openning. There was a renovation and it was very difficult to enter to the hotel. The reception was not very friendly.

the main assset of the hotel is his location at a price reasonable for Paris. The personel is cooperative, but nothing more.The room is very small, but i am awere that is in the average of center Paris Hotel in that price range.

This hotel is a working building site, I woke up to men in hard hats looking through the window. there was bothing when i booked to say this had i have know i would have booked a different hotel.

Hotel castiglione location is the best. Other than that, we couldn't find any more reason to stay in this hotel. Oh and the staff are very friendly, very helpfull, very fluent english, the receptionist and bell boy. But they only work 3days ɑ̈ week. The following shift staffs are poor. When I was there they held some renovation, the wifi didn't work well, the breakfast sometime went too cold to eat, the heater setting too hot when I entered the room. But overall these are still tolerated.

The only positive thing in this hotel was the comfortable bed. We were surprise to got the smoking room, it was a disaster. When we booked thourgh booking.com, there was no posibility to choose smoking or not smoking room. When we arrived they told us they are full and they can not give us non smoking room, but in 15 minutes they had it. The TV didn`t work at all, they didn`t applogize for it, no information about it. It is old style hotel, no decoration on the walls, the breakfast is not included in the price and it is extremely expensive! We were not happy at all.

Generaly I consider this hotel as an avrage comparing to their advertisments. The room is too small for 2 persons, plus it never meet the standard of a suprior room at least as I have seen and known in other hotels, I parley had space for one large suit case.
