Location is good
Dirty Old hotel Staff not nice
stuff , quality, awful rooms, bad reseptionist except Francesco who was polite. I paid superior room and it was fluided from the toilet. It was at 1st floor and the reseptionists deceaved me. For revenge asked me to pay the tax. The worst hotel in Paris
It's in an amazing location, staff was fine, you know what you're getting, not gonna be super fancy but has all you need, even if mini bar and for that price I was really happy
Mattresses are good. Location is very good. But make sure you land in south airport not north. Entertainment not bad.
That we had to pay deposit for remote controls for TV. The food court ( although many choices) but not delicious. The food was blend with not much taste. Reminded me of my college cafeteria. The wifi 90% of the time does not work and if it does extremely slow.
The location is amazing
The room was too old, in desperate need for renovation.
air-condition did work and construction still going on after a few years
Beautiful boutique hotel on Embassy row in downtown Paris. Hotel was undergoing renovation while we were there. Unbelievable value at 139€. We would love to stay there again when back in Paris.
Living in a bit of a construction zone in the hotel due to renovation but not a real problem.
Location- convenient to shop Staff- friendly and helpful
No concierge or visible porter service
This Hotel has nothing of 4 ****, maybe not even a 2 **! Booking should´nt have these kind of hotels in the web, what they sell has nothing to do with what they have. For the first time in my life I had to wait for the room untill 11,30 pm to have the room, because it was still to clean and reparing. The hotel is old and dirty! To bad to be true!
The location is marvelous, but if Francois Hollande stays in his residence you may have problems approaching the hotel - 2 nights out of 5 we were requested to take side roads to get to the hotel.
Standard rooms could be bit bigger and with newer facilities. There was ongoing renovation in the hotel in early June therefore the comment may no longer be relevant.
Bad quality and bad service,....no.recomended
Such a bad hotel, i liked nothing but the location
Everything else is very bad. Shouldnt be 4 star. Absolutely insane to pay 250 eur for a room there. Will never go back there
Can not connect Wi-Fi network well
In the room has the comfort
Out side of the room is dirty and old. Especially the computer for guests.
a bit shabby
Bathroom was in bad condition. Dirty, moldy and broken shower. Pretty bad for a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in 2 star hotel in Paris with better condition!
Price is very high compare to the quality. Same to 3 star hotel
Location is superb... i like everything here especially the staffs of the hotel... they fulfil everything i need...
The Hotel is a bit old...but thats not a problem for me..
The place is wonderful and it's near of many French monuments
The hotel it's so old and the equipment are very bad fornuture it's old
1. I could not access my room until after 8pm in the evening. 2. I had water dripping in 4 different places from the ceiling in my room. This woke me up at 1.00 am. I called reception and they said there was nothing they could do and other guests had the same problem - it was linked to the air conditioning. I was told to put some towels on the floor but this didn't prevent me from being kept awake all night because of the constant dripping sound. 3. When I went to pay my bill I asked them to look at the price of the room for me given the fact I'd been unable to sleep most of the night. They were not prepared to do anything about it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay there again.
Great balcony for the room
Public areas a bit tatty
Fantastic location, spacious and clean room. Room and bathroom were much bigger than usual standard of this kind of hotel in Paris. Bathroom equipped with necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, efficient service. Very good overall experience.
The only weak spot of this hotel is unsatisfactory wifi connectivity in guest room.
Run down facility Not a 4 star Smell in hallway
