The best is the city of Strasbourg and the personal of the hotel. The photos of the web doesnt reflect the real hotel. Is an old hotel with renovated rooms and no renovated rooms. The photos of the web are just the suites. I was disapointed when I show the room. There is different styles of rooms and is good to write in comentaries, wich room you want. |

The good location and good special offer. The continental breakfast for 14 € was also quite good. I did not like the design in my room. There was too much red and other strong colors. The bathroom didn`t look very fresh. Too pale colors and a bit worn out. |

The hotel suited our needs, it was clean and staff were friendly. One of our rooms was modern with a new bathroom our friends was out dated very basic, perhaps the hotel is being modernized! The parking was fun quiet tight, we parked in a city car park close to the hotel it worked out more reasonable than the hotel price for a night. |

Excellent installations, great location and nice price. Good breakfast too. Only problem: small parking places, very difficult to park your car -and I live in Europe!- but otherwise, excellent hotel |

I only liked the location. The rooms were too dark. The pictures on the website do not reflect the real hotel condition. The gradge was too small. |

Very friendly staff, Idea stop off point for a visit to Strasbourg, Rather expensive for Breakfast at 14 euros per head. Room & bathroom was lovely although there was five of us sharing. We were lucky with the parking first stay but reserved parking for our second stay |

Breakfast was a revelation, immaculately presented and one of the best on our trip across France and Italy. After spending several very hot hours on our motorbike we arrived and I was asked to park my motorbike in underground parking bay 9 or 10. I was not able to do this as the Hotel van was parked badly across bays 9 & 10 so I parked it in 7, also a hotel parking bay. When I returned to reception, very hot and bothered, I was told to move it to bay 10 and to wait for the hotel van to be parked properly. This bay was very poorly lit. The most annoying thing was that we were charged the same as a car space but still had to change bays which I feel is unfair. |

Good price, central location, has it's own parking (which was rather tight), is not run down. Our room was horrible - it was smelly because there was a terrible smell coming out of refrigerator. The in-room air conditioning unit produced a loud strange 50Hz noise every 5 to 60 seconds (even when it was switched off) which really disturbed the sleep. If not for those two big flaws otherwise the room and stay would have been OK. |

Definitely comfortbale for a three night stay. Very good location. Walking distance from the world famous cathedral and the shopping centre. No free wi-fi service. Considering that it was not a cheap stay I would expect this basic service. |

As the hotel has been renovated, the interior looked clean and relatively new. The location is also good, being near the train station as well as the river, Petite France and Cathedral areas. The exterior looked like a slum. I almost cried when I saw it. Thank God it was much better when I got in. Also, the cabby which the receptionist called for us ripped us off. His meter was already running when he came for us and he claimed that the fare (short trip to the train station) had to be topped up to 10 euros for some mysterious reason known only to him! |

The Hotel did not have the reserved room which I booked and made a lot of issues about adjusting the room rate. Next day they shifted me to my room category (Junior suite) but later I found out that it was a lower - Superior room. I felt cheated |

Room was quite and clean. Internet speed was reasonable. No writing material provided e.g. pens, writing pads in the room. Room was a little dim probably needed an extra light. |

Large, comfortable room with free WiFi internet access. Excellent location for visiting main sights of Strasbourg. Access via car was difficult due to construction and confusing signage. |

Location in the center. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms and although they looked clean, one had a bad odor. It might have been a lingering pet odor. |

Ideally located near the station and the historical quarter, the hotel is an ideal base for a trip to Strasbourg. |
Set just 250 metres from Strasbourg train station, close to the old town and La Petite France district, the Best Western Monopole Métropole is housed in a lovely 19th-century building. |
This charming hotel is ideally located between the TGV train station, the cathedral and Petite France (less than 500 m). |
Situated in La Petite France, the pedestrianised area of the city centre and 200 metres from the cathedral, the hotel welcomes you in quiet and charming typical Alsatian settings. |
