Located close to the river and downtown. Hotel staff was great, very friendly and pleasant. Older rooms, no showed curtains. I learned after my stay that they have renovated rooms but did not want to give them to me because it was raining to keep them clean for a event in Vichy the following WE of my stay??? It would have been appreciated since the hotel was almost empty.

Good position in the town.Friendly and helpful staff. Free convenient private parking. Bathroom rather old hat, and with peeling paint. Room was O.K.but bathroom needed a re-furb.

Excellent service (in English) from the receptionists, both morning and evening. They gave good guidance on places to visit and places to eat.The room was fine, but the lack of a shower curtain made it difficlutl to shower; we gave up. The room was just big enough and comfortable. The location in the town centre was excellent and the nearby dedicated car parking was convenient. It was good value. Lack of shower curtain.

Booked based on the reviews of the staff being helpful and was not disappointed. They were first class in helping us with things to see and do. Given that we could not speak French they were very patient and understanding. Also due to the location being close to the Challenge Vichy triathlon, the centre of the town and car parking on-site were big factors. It may sound strange but on a plus side also was that their TV that allowed us to view our films via the USB drive we had with us. Also they arranged an early breakfast (5am) in order that I would have at least something to eat before the long haul in the triathlon to follow. Strange - no place to store your clothing. Ok if you are staying for a day of two and then moving on but being here for 6 nights sometimes you just like to unpack. Strange pillow set up meant arranging some bed clothes to help sleep. Breakfast was fine but after a few days it loses its appeal, but again if you are only here for a few days great. However I love my big healthy start to the day and as such got bored with what was on offer. I will say though that I usually go for big bike rides and runs early in the day and hence the importance I place on this meal. Therefore what is on offer will suit those who will stay for a shorter period or have simpler needs so early in the day

Very beautiful building,easy to find,nice and spacy room.Very good personal at the reception.Good breakfast (maybe lacks eggs). A bathrooms really misses a shower courtain.

Staff were very helpful good location great to have parking near by Shower was over the bath and there was no showerscreen so unfortunately the bathroom floor was flooded when you took a shower. Breakfast was not good value for money yoghurts jams and butter were cheap brands and not very appetising

Thé staff was incredibly helpful and charming! Regarding business easy to connect on wireless code given by thé hôtel. A step away from Palais des Congres and shopping places. Located in charming old Town. An unforgettable expérience!

Personnel très aimable et accueillant Deux chambres attenantes avec deux salles de bains-WC pouvant recevoir quatre personnes Gratuité complète pour enfants de moins de 12 ans Proximité centre ville mais hôtel très calme malgré présence de toute une ligue d'aviron comportant 90 jeunes que nous n'avons absolument pas entendus Petit-déjeuner copieux dans une salle très agréable Parking gratuit à côté hôtel Rien, tout était parfait, nous avons même réservé pour une prochaine fois
