Very good location and good value for money Air conditioning did not work in the room and staff did not fix in the 2 days I was there. Worked fine in my fellow travellers rooms however. |

Coat closets that had a door you could close - as opposed to open plan ones which are exposed. Nice location for travel all over Paris. Peaceful. No coffee maker (or coffee) in the room. |

The hotel is in a good location. The room was and bathroom was clean, and it had a good shower with good pressure. The bed was very small. The room was extremely warm. the drainage in the bath was not so good. |

Welcoming, polite and helpful staff. Appropriately situated near the Metro station and many landmarks in Paris are at walking distance.Very appealing and cosy breakfast room. Poor TV facility. |

A quiet hotel close to the city centre, easy and fast access from the airport. The staff did not seem to be very friendly. They rather looked to be too busy at all times. |

customer-oriented personnel (not all), renovated room, location did not like that I had to pay twice for the 1st night: the amont was blocked before check-in, and I had to pay for the same night when checked-out. Not convenient, hope the blocked amount will be returned soon. |

I actually didn't stay at the hotel de la fleche d'or because they overbooked so i stayed in the eurostar which is affiliated with them. the hotel was very chic, clean, and in a nice area. my room overlooked the eiffel tower which was beautiful. breakfast was complimentary because of the inconvenience and it was very good with lots of variety. i would definitely recommend the eurostar hotel! |

Good price, fairly good location (literally a 2 min walk from Metro station Liege), clean rooms/bathrooms. Great hotel staff at night time- very helpful, very polite. Not the same in the daytime unfortunately. Had to wait half an hour for someone to bring us some more toothpaste and even longer for someone to fix the safety deposit box! |

Quaint building with nice view out of the window. Location was quite central. Can be quite creepy at night, with a few shady characters around the area of the hotel as it is slightly further up from the main action of the night. Also, hotel did not allow late check out. |

No frills, great location, 10mins walk from Moulin Rouge and 25mins from Champs Elyesse, and all this for €199 for a 3 night weekend. Absolutely outstanding value for money in what can be a ridiculously expensive city. Anybody who moans about the noise of the Metro which runs under the hotel are obviously only looking for something to moan about. |

Overall, the hotel stay was okay and I have no problem recommending it to others. Location was very good and the reception staff was good also. The cleaning guy/lady mistaken our re-usable food container (and expensive one too) as a normal/throw after use food container. We left the foot container near the sink for us to wash and use again before we went out sightseeing, however when we came back, it was gone. The hotel has apparently throw it away. I have asked about everyday, but no concrete answers were given. |

Good location for shopping near the Grands Mals. Near metro so easy to go around city. Clean room and nice staff, I would also come with children with me if needed. Breakfast was very good but we missed and asked for (didn't get) apple juice (because allergic to orange and ananas). Noise of metro running under the building. Also some noise from the street even when windows to the inner yard. |
