The location of the hotel is excellent, it is within easy walking distance to many of the downtown Paris attractions, especially close to the Opera district. The rooms, although not large suited y needs, including a small workspace which was important. |

Basic accommodation. Near to restaurants, metro and shopping district. Female staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Male staff weren't as welcoming. Hotel room was tiny, no kettle in room, bathroom was extremely small. Decor was old fashioned. |

I had my original booking cancelled on the day of my trip by a different hotel (just before going to the Eurostar station) as informed can not have 2 kids under 3 years in a double bedroom, so we had to find a hotel with simillar budget but for a triple room, we found this one and decided to go with the worst expectations ever. But infact it prooved the oppisit Outstanding value of money, we had a triple room cheaper than a double room in the avarage Parisian Hotel. Excellent location, walking distance from 5 Metro/RER stations (different lines to most areas in Paris), Good & nice breakfast varieties including hot food. Room service very efficient. All in all very nice stay, we all enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would consider going bac Internet was very expensive. 8 Euros for an hour and 20 Euros for 24hrs. If you use their computer it will become 0.36 Euros/minute !!! Although the room was good ventilated and the Central heatimg/cooling was working fine, but it is impossible to open windows for fresh air as very noisy street (typical central location), but you wont hear anything if windows are closed. Also beaware that you have to pay for the drinks in your room fridge (minibar),as I looked silly when I thought they had been very nice and givng us refreshments (2Euros for a small bottle of water!!!) |

Internet acess was rather poor and expencive; in addition, it becomes more and more unusual to have separately charged I-net services. |

Location - walking distance to the Louve and the Champs. Busy streets with lots of cafes. Next to the Gare Lazare so easy access to the metro. Room was tiny. Couldn't turn around without banging into something. No air conditioning so sleeping on the 6th floor was difficult. TV didn't work well. Phone did not work at all. |

It was nearby to Paris historical places. 1) The room was not a triple one. Actually it was a double room with an extra bed. 2) The breakfast was not siuted. |

Hotel staff -especially the receptionists- were so welcoming and ready to help. They were talking excellent english with us (which we didn't expect in paris) At first our room was non smoking, but we booked a smoking room.So they changed our room immediately. we like breakfast as well. it was delicious, and included the room price. We like the room and the bathroom which was clean all the time during our trip. There was a mini bar we could put our bread and cheese, so we could prepare little snacks when we got in to the room. the only thing that I didn't like is that, the rooms doesn't have free wireless. The internet connection was quite expensive (8 euros for hour) And in Paris you can't find internet cafe, so the only computer that you can use -not free- was the one near the reception and it was out of service. But this doesn't change the fact that this hotel is definitely to stay again for our next visit. |

I called numerous times to have my phone unblocked, and the safe--which had been ripped out of the wall by the screws, and directed you to "press a red button" which did not exist on the safe--replaced; they promised at least three times to send a technician, but they never came. |
