The thing that I really liked was the Location which was very near to 2 Metro stations, also I was satisfied that there was daily room Housekeeping, which I didn't see often in a 2-3 stars Hotels, Wifi free service was also a positive point, generally I enjoyed my stay.

I was disappointed with the level of standard and facilities I received for the price paid, no parking is worst of all plus I requested far a mobile phone charger and it was not there, rooms are much smaller than their appearance in pictures.

Good location near St Lazarre train station This was the most expensive, yet worst hotel we stayed at during our European holiday. Cramped, uncomfortable rooms with filthy carpet in the rooms and corridors. Severely inflated prices, We paid 400 euros for 2 nights which must be a sick joke because they can get away with it during busy times. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom. We had no space to unpack out suitcases. Wifi only lasts 4 hrs in 24 hr period. Metro line runs underneath hotel, creating rumbling sensation vibrating through building every couple of minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The bed was comfortable, the location was perfect - walkable distance to Moulin Rouge, Pigalle, Opera, the price was reasonable. It's an old building so it smells, with thin walls so you can hear neighbours, furniture is old not always working well, there's no special view,

room was really dirty. especially carpet was disaster. there were too many stains on it. the cleaning was not so bad i guess but it is not possible to clean those stains with regular cleaning. this otel says it is 3 star but for me it is not. i had stayed at 3 star otel in Paris before, it wasn't like that. i know the price at that location was almost perfect but otel didn't give what it offered.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if the staff arranged tour guides that they also offer to provide wake-up calls if the scheduled guide is very early in the morning. That would make their service-level exceptional. The towels should be bigger.

The location was very convenient. It was located within a 10 minute walk between two (2) metro stations, Gare St. Lazare and Liege. There was a convenience store and patiserrie within 5 minutes of the hotel. As well as local restaurants, however did not eat near the hotel so no opinion to offer except for the patisserie which had tasty croissants and apple turnovers. It was also near (25 min. Walk) the Opera house and Gallerie Lafayette shopping. The shower curtain was slightly stained (showing age) and the electrical outlets were limited. No outlets in the bathroom or on the wall near the bedside tables.

Staff were brilliant - especially marianne head of reception - she did everything to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable Ive never been to a hotel that doesn't have a kettle in the room n she sorted us out with one - I needed an iron as my spare clothes had creased up in suitcase - I was given an iron They were very helpful indeed The hotel is convienently located ... 5 to 10 minutes on metro to anywhere .... Will definitely booking there again Had a small moan - all reception staff are spanish ... Whilst majority of them were very helpful one or two were a bit stroppy and moady - Maybe it was me asking 100 questions where this wheres that -- what's best place to eat and blah blah blah Majority of staff were always pleasing to address my questions a few got grumpy But it was a Minor issue as hotel is nice clean n comfortable n majority staff are well nice -

Its location is very good, close to a shopping area containing places such as Benetton, C& A, Citadium, and Lafayette if you're wealthy enough. A good number of fast food restaurants were around the hotel as well. It's also close to metro and RER stations; Champs-Elysess was about 20 mins away by metro. Its price at the time allowed us to stay an extra day with our budget. They also provided discounted Euro-Disney tickets if that's up your alley. The staff were very nice, though we asked for their help very few times. The two rooms we got were quite different. One was big and had a nice bathtub, the other was considerably smaller and had a standing shower. The TV stations were almost all in french, so staying in the room was quite boring. The central air condition wasn't working. Also the rooms aren't really sound-proof; I didn't mind, but my picky roommate kept hearing noises from the room beside us. There is wi-fi, but you need a code for every day you use it. Of course, if most of your time is spent outside the hotel, none of this will really matter.

The hotel has perfect location - you can easily reach within 10 min on foot Bl.Haussmann with major boutouques: Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, restaurants, also Place de Clichy, Moulin Rouge, Opera. The hotel is close to many central metro stations including Auber (RER), Gare Saint-Lazare, the closest station is Liege. The hotel is clean, staff is very welcome, nice lobby, good breakfasts cost 8.5 EUR though you can also chose many brasseries and cafe near by. Wi-Fi is free in the hotel and also in the room, you just need to ask for free voucher with login and password at the reception desk, they change login each day. The is also PC in the lobby. Good plasma TV in the room. Hotel is situated on quiet street, you can ask the room with windows to the court with no noise. There are food stores near by where you can buy drinks, fruits, snacks, sweets etc, the closest shop works till 2 a.m. The hotel is ideal for shopping and tourism. The best balance of price and comfort. There is no kettle and tea/coffee in the room, you have to bear it in mind if you prefer morning coffee or late tea in the room, it will not be possible. The mini-bar is quite expensive. A bottle of water or cola costs 3 EUR while you can buy the same in the nearest shop for 0.5 EUR - 1.5 EUR.

Location is great, the neighborhood is nice. La Seine (Place Concorde) is like 15 minutes walk away, two metro stations and Gare St Lazare are 2 or 3 minutes walk away. You can reach almost everything (Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, etc.) in 30-60 minutes by foot if you enjoy walking. My room on the fifth floor was good, albeit small (even though I got a Double Room as somehow they "ran out" of Single Rooms). The bathroom was perfect in every aspect. Cleanliness is excellent all around. Staff is helpful although not everyone speaks French (!) and/or English. Wi-fi was great, but be warned: you must ask for a code at the reception which is valid for exactly 24 hours (after that you can ask for a new one) and needs to be entered at a specific website (they can show it to you). Walls are really paper thin, but I had luck with the other guests. My window opened to an inner courtyard which was okay in general, but on the first night (Friday) there was a party somewhere in the building and the loud music almost made it impossible to sleep. Had no problem on the next two days though.

- It's in a very good location - Rooms are clean -FREE & good Internet service -They were very helpful at the reception _ I was requesting single room for one person, I was provided a room with 2 samll beds which was not comfortable at all and I didn't have the time to change it as I was leaving early morning and coming after 5:00 pm. - There was no privacy at all i was hearing my neighbour room while they were having sex !!
