The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very sparse. not even somewhere to put clothes except for a small space for hanging but no shelves or draws. The carpet was old and dirt with lots of stains. |

I am recommending this hotel for various reasons: The hotel is located in a nice and convenient area. VERY close to the Metro and to the St. Lazar Train station. The room (204) was with nice air-condition. Room was very clean. The room was quite, meaning the sound proof from street noise was good. The hotel staff was highly helpful. For this entire Hotel is highly recommended ! No internet acess billing system through the hotel . It is only possibale by direct billing through the internet service provider. Also not accepting Amex or Diners cards. which was a magor probelm to me ! |

well located and neat / clean rooms AC did not work and the hotel did not bother getting it fixed. |

Nice reception area, cheerful and well furnished breakfast area, very clean rooms and excellent up to date bathroom. The area immediately around the hotel is mildly seedy due to its close proximity to the train station. |

staff very helpful particularly tourist information about Paris. Breakfast was very good - great selection. However we did have to pay for breakfast although 10 euros was quite reasonable for this city. Location was great - right next to major train station and bus stops - very central to main sights of Paris. |

Im not fussy and I think the hotel was fine. It was close to the metro, and within walking distance of the Opera, shops and good restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and in general I have no complaints. I would not mind staying there for a short weekend break. The air conditioner was not working so it could get quite hot in the summer and we got a room at the front of the hotel which was a busy road so could not leave the windows open. Apart from that the hotel was good value for money. |

What i most liked was that all the staff speak spanish, which is difficult to find in a hotel in France. It was too expensive ffor what you get. |
